BUYER BEWARE. 8/9/2014 I saw a car that looked almost too good to be true. I called about it, and being as that Im from out of town, tried to negotiate over the phone. While they barely negotiated at all, we both agreed on a price that suited us both. I told him "that sounds good, I will see you soon." We drove for 180 MILES, through TERRIBLE RAIN you could barely see through and Atlanta traffic. About 30 miles away, we gave them a call. It was 8:00 and they closed at 9. We were driving through Atlanta by this time and the traffic and heavy rain was really slowing us down so we called to let them know we were still coming. They said okay, and said they would pull the car out and clean it up so we could look at it when we got there. About 5 minutes later, we get a call back from them stating that THE CAR HAD ALREADY BEEN SOLD, they had no idea we were coming. They said they had another car the same model, but in a different color we could go look at (thats not even listed on their website). We were really angry and bummed at this point. How could a car that had been on the lot for a month and a half sell the day we go and try to purchase it? We go there anyways and as soon as we walk in, theyre sitting there waiting for us, a scene that looked much too rehearsed. They tried to ARGUE with us, NEVER ADMITTING FAULT for the situation. They said it was our fault because we never said we were coming. We told them that wasnt true, that everyone heard the words "Ill see you soon." We go and look at the other car just for the heck of it IN THE RAIN WHILE THEY SAT IN THEIR OFFICE and not only was the bumper very obviously damaged, it had rust and wires exposed in the back of the car. And to add insult to injury: this car was 2,000 MORE than the one we went to go buy. What a joke. We told him, "you should have at least given us a courtesy call, we drove through terrible rain 180 miles to get this car." They all LAUGHED about that, thinking its funny we drove all that way through a terrible storm? And then Ken said, "We dont make negotiations over the phone." Uhh, thats not what we said, we said you should have made a courtesy call. And by the way, you have $50,000 and up cars on this Suzuki lot (with NO Suzukis?) and youre saying you dont make negotiations over the phone? How do you sell these cars? So the next day we look up reviews and see other people who have been through very similar experiences with these people and see the listing for the car we went to see not only STILL UP on their website, but with ADDED PICTURES and $1,000 BUMP UP IN PRICE. Was this some kind of sick joke? These people have no respect for customers. Not once did they take fault and apologize. These crooks should be SHUT DOWN.

Too good to be true. I saw the vehicle I was looking for on Autotrader and USAA car buying, and it was about $2-3,000 less than all the other Infiniti Q50s I saw. Although it was not CPO, I thought it was a steal. I already had financing and researched the car, I just didnt research Gwinnett Suzuki. I called in and the salesman (Bernard) asked me all the basics what car I was looking at, year, make and model, but he also asked "me" how much was the selling price? I should have known something was wrong when he asked me the selling price when he had "there" selling price right in front of him. He told me it was different. Autotrader said $25,999 but he stated $27,000. No biggie he was nice when we spoke and sent me pictures of the car because they where not posted on the site. Bernard just said to bring proof that the car was the price I saw. Ironically, I received 6 pictures of the car (from his cell phone) and none of them were from the back. I asked if the car had navigation and what was the story of the car. He said yes the car had navigation and they buy cars from auctions. I told him I was 2 hours away and wanted to make sure everything was accurate and good to go before I made the trip. Prior to my departure I called to make sure it was available and another sales-woman informed me that something was wrong with the latch of the trunk. This was the first time I heard of anything wrong with the vehicle. I was under the impression that it was something minute and she said it should be fixed that day. Once we get there the lot was FULL of luxury cars; BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volvo, Infiniti and other brands. I thought it was a good sign, but there were so many cars there was no where to park. Once I saw the vehicle it did not have navigation, and the trunk was a bigger issue than what I was lead to believe it would not close. The vehicle was 2014 and only had 11,000 miles on it and it obviously had not passed any inspections. I feel tricked and they are certainly hiding something. I checked the carfax and it showed no accidents but that may have been the problem. The carfax says it was bought at auction February 9 2015 but just listed on there site March 18 2015 and it still has a mechanical issue. I spoke to the manager but it just brought it to his attention, I doubt anything gets done. There is something up with this place. I dont know what but I wish I would have read all of the negative reviews and checked out there 42 negative claims on BBB. They also have a D- score with the BBB. I would avoid this place.

THIS BY FAR HAS TO BE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ! IN MY ENTIRE LIFE ! UNPROFESSIONAL AND JANKY IS THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE IT ! I PURCHASED MY CAR ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO , AND AFTER THE FIRST MONTH IT HAS BEEN PURE HELL! 2014 black mustang , only 15,000 miles . AT FIRST MY CAR WAS CUTTING OFF , SO I TOOK IT TO A FORD DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT HANDLE IT BECAUSE THE ISSUE WAS SOMETHING THAT MY WARRANTY DIDNT COVER (WHICH LATER ON I FOUND OUT THAT , THAT WAS a LIE) WHILE FORD WAS WORKING ON MY CAR I HAD TO GET A RENTAL WHICH I END UP HAVING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET .. AND THEY DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM SO THAT WAS A PISS OFF! AFTER THAT ISSUE WAS RESOLVED , ANOTHER ISSUE BEGAN . MY TIRE AREA START TO MAKE LOUD NOISES SO I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I GOT MY CAR AND SUPPOSEDLY THEY FIXD IT .. FEW DAYS LATER, THE SOUND WAS BACK .. THIS TIME IT WAS LOUDER AND WORST THEN THE FIRST SOUND. S0 I TOOK MY CAR TO THEM TODAY .. AND LETS JUST SAY , THIS WASNT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I DROPPED MY CAR OFF AT 9 am . BY 5:30 pm I realized they didnt call me back so I decided to give them a call . Someone gave me Kennys number .. Im guessing hes over the service department ! And when I called him to get an update on my car he tells me that its been done and he didnt call me because he lost my number . I said " well I got my car from there , you should be able to find it from somewhere " he says " well your number got lost , I didnt take your number down , CLICK!!!!" hangs up the phone in my face !! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE ! All they do is sit around and look lost all day like they dont have anything to do !!!! Not to mention , I got a letter in the mail stating that I dont have GAP insurance that I paid for . Its on my receipts stating that I paid for gap , yet Im getting mail saying that Im not . Plz !! If youre thinking about going here , reconsider . You do not wanna deal with these JANKY ppl . Everybody is unprofessional .. From the front desk to the financial manager sitting in the back , on his ass all day ! I will be going to a higher level with this situation ! This will not be the end . Yall will see me again soon ! And oh yeah , all these good positive reviews that are being posted is straight lies . This place is the worst ! Its a nightmare!
