This was the worst car buying experience I ever had. After seeing an ad on Car Gugu I went to check out a 04 Durango that was for sale at this lot. I took the suv for a test drive (with the tank on E) and decided I liked it. After inspecting the vehicle. I found a transmission leak coming from the undercarriage. Spoke to the sales woman about it and was informed that they were planning to have it repaired. After putting down a $2000 deposit I returned the next day to pick up my vehicle. The following day the check engine light came on with a P0760 (which is a transmission code) and the trans was still leaking. So I took it back to Porro Auto Sale. They gave me a loaner car which ran like crap and the headlights did not work. After two days I got my Durango back. The suv ran fine for a few months and then the same check engine light code came on again P0760. This time I took it to two repair shops, both told me the trans had to be replaced or repaired. So I called Porro Auto Sales and they suggested either a voluntary repo or me pay them to repair the transmission that they was supposed to repair in the first place. I decided to have the trans repaired elsewhere. Which cost me $2500 so, naturally I fell two weeks behind on a payment. I sent them a half payment after falling a month behind and they sent me a notice of repossession. There were two times when I went to make a payment and there were other customers complaining about being sold a lemon. I also know they like to write their own reviews online. Please let this serve as a warning to anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this junk yard.

I am not sure if these are the same owners for a mechanics shop that was at this exact location, but these crooks charged well over $5000 to repair my moms vans, and ended up using used old pieces rather than new that she paid for as well as never fixing the initial issues that she had , and instead adding more problems to her car. My mom is not rich and is not a number for you guys to charge like thieves on her (and Im sure on others) for faulty repairs. Then you go ahead and open a "dealership" which Im sure runs under the same crooked principles you ran your damn body shop on. I ma writing this to advise anyone-PLEASE STAY AWAY. The mechanic in question is South American (Argentinian or from Uruguay) and is nothing but a slimy thief. I hope you guys get whats coming to you. No woman should be victimized like that for car repairs. Absolutely outrageous.

I cant speak on anyones experience other than my own, but I truly have a hard time imagining any of the few negative encounters I see submitted from customers. The amount of professionalism and integrity I dealt with was 1st class. I didnt really like the vehicle Id originally sought out, but did find an alternate they had that worked out much better!! Lucia is an impressive young lady. She was extemely forthcoming regarding the inventory and financing options. Buying from independents can be risky these days and I was wavering at first. Thank goodness I found them to ease my doubts. I highly recommend Porro Auto Sales to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle!!

Just amazing. I bought a 2004 Ford Taurus from here. I had a few issues with my payment and they understood and worked with me, they are quick to repair anything that might be at fault with the car, even though I doubt you will find anything wrong. They are genuinely sincere, and want you to get the best car for you at the best price. A few days after buying my car, the transmission fluid started leaking, the next day I called, set an appointment , and got it fixed for free. Did I mention they were amazing? You cant go wrong doing business here. I will definetly recommend anyone to go here

Found this dealer through USAA car buying service. I was very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff at Purro Auto Sales. They took their time in showing me the truck I was interested in and answered all of my questions in a straight forward manner. Dont buy a car from here. Bought a car for $5k. Ended up spending 4.5k in repairs in less than 3 months. Failed transmission, leaks, failed sensors, AC stopped working, and they throw old tires on the car. Took forever to get paperwork handled to show that the car was mine. DONT BUY these cars they need to be out of business. In the process of filing lawsuits! None of the cars come to warranty either so very suspicious since they claim they are in "good shape"

They sold me a lemon and I am currently in the process of proving they rigged the vehicle to pass emissions test. Which will net them a healthy amount of jail time. Do not buy from these people under any circumstances. I will be bringing the car to a mechanic tomorrow and will update this post. The reviews all being 5 stars is kind of suspicious, I wish I would have seen them sooner. Do not make my mistake.

Too Much More

I got a car its 2006 dodge magnum best car I ever had. They have the best customer service nice and clean cars. Best prices for reasonable cars. If you want a car this is the place. They work with you on any problems you have good credit or bad credit and they have Carfax. They are car fax certified. Lucia she helped me out a lot I advise anybody to do business with her.

Would never recommend anyone buy a car here, Ive had my vehicle for only a month and already the engine went out and thats from barely driving it being that Im in bed rest at the moment. What a huge disappointment and I feel as if I got scammed.
