Update 8/11/17, I received a automated call I had an item to pick up. Yea finally! Maybe they got my mono vision contacts. I went to pick them up and they were the exact same subscription that didnt work the first time. I told her I was done trying and asked for my Rx. I was told I would need to make an appointment with the doctor to release my Rx. That would put me back to literally starting all over. I walked out. Update-7/26 I was emailed a reply that my case was resolved and that I had picked up my contact lenses that very day... I have not been in their office for weeks. First they have no record of me, now they concoct a story that I picked up my lenses. How about a personal phone call apologizing and a refund .7/18/17.I give it one star only because the people are very nice. I went in on 5/1/17 for contacts. This was my first experience regarding contacts. I was told there was no one to help show me how to put them in and to make another appointment. I came back in when I was available and shown how to put my contacts in. The contacts did not allow me to see clearly. I was told they take a while to adjust to your eyes and that they do not make contacts for astigmatisms. They suggested mono vision contacts and were to order them for me. 1 month later I walked in to see what the hold up was and was told there was an order for them but no prescription and they would check into it and call me. I have since found out that they do in fact make contacts for astigmatisms. It has been 10 days and no word. I just want my money back. I have since made an appointment with a reputable eye doctor and do not trust the exam I had at Stanton so decided to start over. Very unfortunate for our town.

Absolutely terrible experience! Poor customer service, faulty machinery despite brand new store, long wait and nothing is as advertised. Made an appointment and waited 1.5 hours for exam that I ended up paying 45 dollars for. They said they would deduct it from the eyeglass cost... Didnt happen. For the 78 dollar glasses they only have approximately 7-10 to choose from in a store of about 200; all of which were terrible. I had to settle for the pairs that were decent. They advertise that glasses ready in 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 5 days because they had my prescription but the machine was broken. Brand new store, faulty machinery. Overall terrible experience. If you choose stanton optical be sure you know what you can experience. It might have been an off week for them considering the other reviews but from my experience will not becoming back. Thankfully I got my glasses eventually and will be finding a better eyecare provider for the future. [Also please excuse the username, I mainly use this for my gaming. I rarely ever post reviews but Stanton Optical were that terrible I couldnt ignore it. ]

These people need to get it together! My husband was in there over 2 weeks ago for an eye exam and contact lenses fitting. The eye Dr. Said his prescription has changed some and that his trial pair should come in in a few days, and now over 2 weeks later he still hasnt gotten them. I called the beginning of this week and the lady said that she would put a rush on the contact lenses as they werent ordered at all before. So I called today 5 days later and she said they still havent come and that there is no guarantee that they will rush them and that I should call beginning of next week to see if they are there but again there is no guarantee as it can take up to 2 weeks for an order to come. Wow! Terrible service! I dont know why my husband just didnt stay with his eye doctor at Walmart! He had no issues like this! Lets just hope he doesnt run out of the contacts he currently has because he cant see very well! I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!

Horrible experience. Do not recommend. Took a very long time to get in for my exam with an appointment. She rushed through the exam. Prices advertised only on maybe 4 glasses in the entire store. Returned the glasses I purchased from them due to very poor quality. Lenses were fraying on bottom and were not properly smoothed out. Were given to me with no case and covered in fingerprints. Got glasses elsewhere with the prescription given by them. Had to get re examined by Sears after having headaches and blurred vision. Turns out the prescription I was given by Stanton optical was wrong so I had to re-order glasses lenses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Sears took very good care of me. They are replacing my lenses with theach new prescription at no charge.

When I first went to get my exam and pick the glasses out, everyone was great, happy and professional. I was told my glasses would be done in 1 week, sun glasses 2 weeks. I came back for my follow up appointment 2 weeks later. I told front desk and the Dr. A great birthday gift would to pick up my glasses. I was advised it would be done in 3 hours. 5 hour later came back and still was not done. I call 8 hours later glasses still not done and ask for a manger. I was hung up on. They callback and said they were done. Do not know who I pissed off but I am very nervous that my glasses have been messed with and thinking about just getting a refund.

Went in today and was not sure what to expect. Was referred to by family. Well i am so glad i went in. Everyone there is so helpful and very nice. Mo is totally awesome and super helpful and patient. I didnt feel rushed and was able to take my time and look around. Jen is a sweetheart and helped me find stylish frames that complimented my skin and face shape. Honestly a great staff that cares about the customers and will help you find a way to leave with a great deal and will make you happy. Thank you mo and jen and stanton staff youre awesome.

I used my free frame program to get another pair of glasses, after misplacing mine. Everyone was super friendly and let me do my thing while shopping. I picked out frames and after purchasing them and leaving the store, I suffered from some buyers remorse later that day. I called to see if I could cancel the order. I was pleasantly surprised at how accomodating the staff was to this request, and considering the great customer service I had already received, decided to keep my purchase.

Good place nice and very friendly staff.. I loved Althea she was amazing... But there advertisement for 2 glasses for 78 is only for 8 glasses in the hole store and they said my glasses will be ready the next day its now been 3 days and there not ready.. Finally today there ready. There really strong hope i get use to them
