I bought a printer at this staples location and received pretty much the worst service that I have ever gotten at any major retailer. The manager must have trained the staff to go after customers with pit bull-like vigor because I was asked again and again and again if I needed help. It would be normal if every sales person asked me once whether I needed help, but I was asked three or four times by the same guy who I told clearly that I did not want any help. When I brought the printer to the checkout line, the cashier was being trained by two higher-ups and they instructed him to inquire as to whether I wanted the extra warranty. After I said no, the two more senior employees badgered me to get me to sign up for the policy. It seemed to last forever. They would not stop hassling me even after I repeatedly told them I did not want it. They both were rolling their eyes and insinuating that I was some kind of idiot. I felt sorry for the new cashier having to work under such horrible management.

Wow. Dont expect them to have whatever you ordered online ready and on time. I ordered business cards for same day pickup and they said they had no paper on a Friday and told me to come back Monday. I waited until Wednesday to make sure they had them and apparently they still hadnt gotten their paper shipment. Yes, a paper supply store didnt get their shipment on time which means someone is lying or the one in charge forgot to order the paper ahead of time. What really annoys me is that they say same-day pickup. If they said a week then Id wait a week. They dont even email or call to give you updates. Its not even the first time Ive had issues with them and apparently others have had the same issues on numerous occasions so clearly there is something wrong. It used to be a fine store but now its just constantly messy. Employees seem lost and not one bit enthusiastic. Its time to refresh the people in charge or just close the darn branch. This place is just a waste of time.

Dont EVER SHOP HERE. I ordered 1 hour pickup. Get an immediate message that it will take a week? Their site says cancels within 30 minutes are guaranteed. I cancel immediately within 60 seconds. They send confirmation of the order being canceled. I even message them on their site, and it is confirmed canceled by an agent. Next day I get a message "order is being shipped." I check my bank account and no credit has been made back to my account. They then inform me that "some orders cant be canceled, we were only able to cancel the warranty you ordered, BUT you can always just return the items to the store." These people should be in prison. Neither myself nor any business I manager, not any colleagues of mine will EVER shop at STAPLES again. Neither should you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not impressed with this location at all. Quite surprised with low-quality service @ this store. Visited it multiple times and witnessed multiple times lack of management and plane disrespect to customers and laziness of workers. Store dirty and looks like a warehouse, especially on Sundays. Print center employees rude and ready to turn you away at any point telling you that they are overly busy and unable to help you. I saw people walking away and unable to make a10-20 copies due to workers being too busy. As you call the store to address poor service, employees were asking me to call 800-number and complain, as they say nothing will be done by just contacting local manager.

Ordered business cards and chose same day delivery. I ordered after 2 PM so they were suppose to be ready the following day. 1 PM the next day I called to check on them. Their printer went down and they wouldnt be ready until Monday (3 days after choosing same day printing). I guess they didnt feel like it was important to give me that information originally. I chose same day printing for a reason, Staples. I needed these business cards. If you would have just told me your printer was down I would have gone elsewhere to get them printed. Now Im stuck without business cards for a very important event. Thanks a lot.

Very poor customer service. I called to price check a camera, girl said she needed to call me back, Im still waiting. On way to store I tried again and another girl put me on hold, never came back. Got to the store and I saw 2 people doing nothing and it wasnt crowded at all. Too bad these days customer service means squat!!!

A good friend of mine had her Iphone stolen today when she turned her back on it at the shipping counter for less than a minute. No other customers were in the store, and the shipping counter employee would not make eye contact with her when she was looking for it. Hmmm...whomever could have taken it...

Andre was amazingly helpful. Ive gone in with printing questions and he consistently has an amazing, can-do attitude. I never feel like a burden and am in and out quickly and with great product. Hes definitely a five-star employee!

Worst staples in the area. Associate Dan was not willing to look up product price unless I came in the store and refused to transfer me to someone to help. Told me the only way to look up sale pricing was online. Go somewhere else!

One of the best staples. Their customer service is awesome. I bought a chair and it broke putting it together. When I returned it the manager offered a discount on a more expensive chair and put it together for me. Awesome!

I really like this place, but Im afraid that they dont do enough business to actually stay open. The ladies running the copy center are as friendly as they get - though I rarely have a need to use their sevices.

The employees at this location are some of the friendliest most knowledgeable associates I have ever been helped by at an office supply store. Staples always has some pretty good deals going on from week to week.
