The big lady was to beasy to take care of me I did not like that but the other nicely girl was talking care of 3 customers At the same time its a shame when bigger shots take advantage of the lower employees that are working hard. I went yesterday and all so a man manager and 2 ladies were talking to themselves doing nothing. Later on there was a oriental man who was also very helpful. If they dont put there acting together I MY stop going there. I hope they read this post.

Never ever print at Office Depot! Worst service ever, I had wanted to return an over priced printing job and Leslie (the manager) had said yes she would refund it however she called me 30 minutes later and changed her mind. I am very upset because she tried to negotiate my request, and not only that I found a cheaper place to print and Leslie requested information to try and match the price after she had said no refund ; I do not recommend this place very unprofessional.

As always, extremely helpful service as well as always being able to find an employee to assist in locating certain items or price checking specific sell items. Its always a pleasure to do business at this location as well as they are very accommodating in remaining open past 9 p.m. as my work schedule does not permit me sometimes to arrive until shortly before closing, this store is very helpful and accommodating with small business owners of San Antonio.

I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help me at the printing area. They were knowledgeable about how to set up the print job and gave me a 4pm ready time for the next day. They said they would call me to pick them up. I come in at 6pm and they arent ready. I would have loved a call to let me know they were running behind or were having technical difficulties. Customer service was below average. Quickness was below average.

Impressed with the customer service we get when we use this Office Depot. Most of the time I go in for the occasional office supplies but over the last few months have used them for their printing services. Sometime the wait is long but its because each customer is being given the help they need. After printing all of our wedding invites, the manager even found a coupon for us to use.

Well the product selection was slim for what we needed. The staff was excellent in helping us determine exactly what we were looking for and helping us get exactly what we needed. Even if some of it had to be ordered. Would return for the service alone

Always helpful staff, prices are competitive and always seems organized. Sometimes I think they need more staff because it will be suddenly busy with people who need help with projects but they do the best they can with a smile at that.

Very disappointed again. This location as well as most others do not keep a proper stock of binding materials. Other locations have no idea how to use the machine but have the covers. Get with it!
