I went here yesterday. There were 2 employees behind the counter at the Copy Center. One male and one female. The female was busy with another customer while the guy, who always seem to dodge an opportunity to assist a customer was busy doing nothing. After the female Copy Center Assistant finished with the customer in front of me she greeted me with a smile. However, the attitude of the guy behind the counter and the cashier at the register gave me the impression they really didnt want to be there. They are very lack-luster when it comes to attending a customers needs. Needless to say, an hour and a half later the female who first helped me called 2 hours later to ask me if I wanted my fliers folded face-out or face-in. She called back seconds later to tell me their Letter Folding machine was not working. I went back and picked my job up and thanked a different person for trying. I wish they had told me this before I left the first time. Customer service is not a priority here as it is at the Temple location. Ill be taking all my business there instead of this location- even though I live in Killeen, because James at the Temple location understands the value of having the right attitude towards a customers needs.

This store advertises guaranteed same-day prints/copies if ordered at least two hours before closing. I have been putting in orders 6+ hours early, and they are never finished on time. My approximate pick-up time is never anywhere near accurate. I then have to wait in line (Ive waited over 20 minutes on a number of occasions) just to pick up my order. I dont understand why they dont have an online-order pick up area, or why they dont have more people working to take care of their customers in a timely manner. Its upsetting because this facility is extremely useful for me as a teacher. However, I will be looking to take my business elsewhere due to their inability to have my materials printed/copied in a timely manner.

I hate this place in the afternoon and on the weekends. Long lines, unfriendly staff who dont want to help, atrocious personalities. Two stars because early morning on the weekdays is awesome. Do the math and thats negative three stars for the after hours crew. Stay away. There is a man there that works the print counter. He seems to be a large part of the problem. He is working every time this place is backed up, which leads me to believe he is the problem. Very unfriendly too.

If I could give less than one star I would, if I could give negative stars I would! Everytime I come to this place, its such a disappointment. Not only is the staff unfriendly and unable to help and know absolutely nothing about anything to do with this store but they never have anything I need in stock! I preferred to go to Office Depot and for some ungodly reason they decided to merge with OfficeMax its the worst decision they have ever made!

Dont come here unless you have a lot of time on your hand. Apparently only one person is trained to work in the services center at a time. Several other employees are milling around doing busy work but not seem to be able to come and assist in the services center. Spent 10 mins in line watching one employee print copies, hand cut them and staple them for the customer at the counter. I still had another customer in front of me.

This is good for ink and things. Several back to school deals. Keep in mind that many deals are cheap, 1 cent, if you buy at least five dollars worth of other items. There are limits though and its not much that you can get. Gets less and less each yr. Bought ink last week and have not been able to get it to work. Ink seems old. I always go here for ink though and lamenated items. Its not in a crowded area either off Lowes Blvd.

We went there to load up our PayPal money card(which Id done before at other locations) to get to the counter. The gentleman acted as if he didnt want to help off top when we asked to do so. He made a smart remark while asking if it were possible for his manager told him they couldnt help when Im sure they couldve handled it. Disappointed. Taken care of though.

Great experience! I came in to buy a computer desk I came to look at yesterday. Sean the sales rep was able give me the sale price because I was not informed that sale ended yesterday when I was in the store. Sean also waived the $30 fee for 3 day delivery because they were conducting inventory in the back. Saved over $130.

Customer service in the printing dept. Was not the best. They got the job done, but a smile or better attitude is usually the best way to a customers heart. The only reason I am giving it a 3 stars is because they did hold my sunglasses for me until I picked them up and the cashier who rung me up was very nice.

Went to the one in Killeen and the one in Temple , wanted to buy a computer, could not get anyone to show me one or sell me one, NO Customer Service.. Guess they will be closing soon. If I dont want to see or touch the product or ask questions I can buy online.

Went there had pretty nice staff. The printers have no internet connection nor do the digital senders. In this day and age everything that people use is connected to the internet, in some kind of way. Aside from that issue, its not a bad store.

We have been going to the Killeen Office Max for a long time. The staff is friendly and helpful. We always ask for Paul, because he knows us as a longtime customer and is very knowledgeable about the entire inventory and quick to assist.
