Office Max is lucky to have an employee like Seth! I came into OM because I needed to print a project last minute and had a very bad experience with FedEx attempting to do the same. Seth was very empathetic with my problem and let me know that he too was a student and would get my project taken care of. His attention to detail showed me that he truly cared. He went above and beyond by recommending a backing that matched the color scheme of my project. He was personable, calming, professional and had great interpersonal skills. His work ethic clearly showed through and he had my project printed and bound in less than 10 minutes. Ive worked in various retail and customer service positions and am truly impressed with Seth. It is very rare that you go into a store and receive a customer service experience that wows you makes you want to spread the word. Seth, great job! Keep up all of your hard work. We all know that retail can be taxing and it can often be so much easier to simply do your job and move on. You did a great job connecting with your customer, reassuring my doubts, and delivering in under the timeframe you gave me. Thank you for going above and beyond. It is appreciated.

Was the first person in line. Worked with an associate that had no clue what he was doing. I needed copies done for my business for a marketing event. A very simple need turned into an hour (so far) in the store. Im sitting on a chair fixing their copy machine as the employee instructed me to do. This is rediculous. Worst service and even worst customer service. I asked the associate about getting sign banners, business cards and the possibility of business to business sales, and I was blown off. Truly a horrible experience. For warning, if you need anything, and need it in a timely manner this isnt the place to go.

About once a year I try to give this location the benefit as theyre the closest to where I live, and each visit I get more and more frustrated with them. All other locations are a billion times better at customer service. I spoke with a female manager here doesnt give two cents about what I was asking about after the cashier paged her to help me out. Office supplies are way cheaper anywhere else but I use them for printing needs. The absolute worst of any Office Max / Depot out there.

The employees here are completely useless. I called to ask a very simple but very specific question about the services they offer in their shipping center. They put me on hold for three minutes and then said yes, they do offer that specific service. I drove there only to find that no, they absolutely do not. If you just need to buy office supplies, you can find them cheaper at Amazon. If you want any kind of customer service, you wont find it here.

Nonexistent staff presence on the sales floor, very limited selection on many item categories, and incorrectly marked prices, but the manager on duty honored the price even though it was $10 off the scan price. Ill go back but more because they dont have much competition since the merger with Office Depot.

This is the only Office Max store that I go to. The associates and store managers Mike and James have always found the computers that we have needed for our company. Jordan has always taken care of our computer issues when we needed them done. Great job Lakeline Office Max.

The guy in the copy center was nice, but the other employees were too busy playing on a computer or some other device to really assist me. The general attitude was very patronizing. I will not go back to this location. My previous two visits were not too dissimilar.

I come here to get printing done only because its close by. The printing staff, especially the woman who seems to manage it, make it a bad experience every time. So rude to customers and to her staff. Berating her staff loudly as I write this. 0 stars is possible.

I asked for invitations to be printed front and back on regular 8.5 x 11 cardstock and, of course, I wanted both sides to align. It took seven hours and hundreds of tries for the print center employees to figure out how to do that...

The lady in the printing center was doing amazing job but she was swamped with all the work and she was by herself. I also felt that they should have offered a larger coil size than just 30.
