Entregaron sólo la mitad de mis copias y me Han hecho ir por 4 ocasiones y noo está el resto....mucha falta de profesionalismo!!!... que lastima!!!.....ahí sólo hay un trabajador muy rápido educado y eficientemente puntual...se llama Héctor .....sólo que no pude coincidir sus horarios...no volveré nunca más!!!!

Dont ever go here to send faxes. Their fax machine sucks so bad. Ive went twice to send faxes and both times waited over an hour for them to tell me it wouldnt go through. Today I was even on the phone with the person I was sending the fax to who said her machine was next to her and not busy or anything but for some reason it doesnt go though. People at the counter tried to tell me it wasnt them but whom ever I was sending it to yet its happened before when sending somewhere totally different. I basically waited a whole hour for nothing. Extremely dissatisfied.

i walk in to the store at 230pm. I need to get a print job done that should take no more than 5 mins. I am told that they have two items ahead of me and they cant get to it till 8:30pm. 6 hours later or maybe not till tomorrow by 5pm. Meanwhile, the store is completely empty and 4 employees are playing grabass behind the print counter... WTH!!! terrible service at this location and bad customer relations. I guess that is why Office Depots are closing and FedEx Office is booming.

I entered ten till closing time and they stillllll treated me with respect and were very helpful so I could find my daughters graph paper and head out content that her school supply list was complete! they even informed me of services I had nooo idea they performed such as free computer diagnostic and repairs as well as cell phone repair and printing services! wow!

Customer service is fine. Once my visit did not go well. I bought a refillable ink pen that was on sale and when I went to buy a refill they didnt sell refills for that particular pen anymore. So, I actually bought a very expensive disposable pen.

From seeing 4 employees down to one working employee in one minute, cz apparently, theyre closing in 30 minutes. While there are 5 customers waiting to be helped. They are not under staffed. They are just lazy to work hard for their paychecks.

this place consistently is lax towards customers. Always a huge line waiting to print...parking is lousy here too, though not the stores fault, their apparent lack of concern toward customers IS, though.
