In from out of town and needed a high end laser printer, fast. They had what I needed. Great. Oops, at the high end of absurdly over priced. (hundreds higher than big box chains) Can you price match? No? do any better at all? No? OK, bye. Then I realize they dub themselves as a commercial printer as well. OK, cool I call them back. I needed 5000 copies. Ill provide the paper. 68 cents. Per page. On. My. Paper. Thats nearly quadruple the ridiculous Office Max price. To top it off they hang their poor salesman out to dry while the managers and owners cant be disturbed because theyre "in meetings". Hate leaving negative reviews but this is exactly the type of company I despise, people who are literally "out to get" the customer. Im sure the constant meetings theyre in are about that very subject, too. How bad can we fleece the customer and get away with it? Please avoid these jokers.
