So I bought a desk at office depot Thursday. They didnt have it in stock so they shipped it to my home in a box of pieces. It took me at least six hours to put together this thing while not being supplied with the proper tools to do so. I get to the last piece and it it obvious something is wrong it was the front of the middle drawer that over lapped the side drawers by a good inch. I called to explain and they told me they will exchange it and put together the new one for the inconvenience. Today I receive the replacement desk but no one seemed to know about the part where they put it together so I call several office depot 1800 numbers being passed around and no-one could seem to help. I eventually got a credit for $25 for the "miscommunication". I then attempted to make a appointment to pay the majority of the $65 it would take to have someone put this together so I called the Assembly crew where I got no-one on the phone. I called the store back to have them contact Assembly for me and when Assembly called back they refused the $25 that was put on my account and said only the store can accept that. So with the most frustration I call the store for the 5th time today and they said I have to come into the store to do so. Dont Buy From Office Depot!!

Im so glad everyone else seems to have gotten good customer service, but I did not. I had a few things printed and laminated here. I was told that I could email them and theyd be helpful. Well when I called for the email he was rude and annoyed that I even called. So I get the email and send him what I want and type out how I want it. I have never done this before and he did not help me in any way. He asked short questions and gave one word answers. When I finally got there nothing was how I asked for it. I had pages that werent supposed to be even printed out and they laminated without cutting. So after I ask for it to be cut and the girl goes and cuts the laminated pages, a CUSTOMER makes me aware that once they cut an already laminated piece of paper that it would just fall out. Wow, a CUSTOMER helped me far more than anyone did behind that desk. So needless to say I paid for something I threw away. Worst by far place Ive ever been. Do not want to go back for anything.

Bad bad bad service. I was sent from store to store to find what I wanted. When I got there they said they didnt have it, even though I just got off the phone 20 minutes before with them saying, sure we have it in stock. So I ordered it...They passed me between 4 different people who didnt know how to process an order somehow. Then when my sale item came it a week later, it was the wrong desk. On top of that when they charged my card they did it twice, (once each time I came in) AND it wasnt even at the sale price. They had to cancel all my orders and merge two of them together. 3 receipts and a couple managers later I got my desk. The receipts are so intertwined that I cant use them for tax deduction proof because its is complete unclear how much I actually paid for the desk. Worst of all it wasted a TON of my time. I just wanted to buy a desk...

I went in to buy a desk, which the website said they had in stock. When I arrived they told me that the desk has 2 boxes and only 1 box was in stock. Seems most of the desks they had there would require special ordering. If I am going to special order a desk, I would have done it online from somewhere else for less. I went in because they had the desk I wanted and I thought I could buy it right now. I needed a desk now, not in 5 days, and I was willing to pay for it. The staff was polite, which is the only positive thing I can say about my shopping experience here.

Seriously, this store was awful. I was looking to spend maybe $300-$400 on an office chair (supposedly a big purchase!). I found the chair I wanted, but it was not in stock, you couldnt order them from the store, you cant order them online, they cant sell the floor model, and not a single employee was interested in helping me give them money. Awful experience. Go somewhere else.

It was not busy with probably 5 customers including us shopping. We were looking for a computer desk and after waiting 15 min for someone to help us we walked up front for help. The staff at that point was nice when someone made their way to us but no one was going out of their way to be friendly or helpful beforehand so ok service. Selection of computer desks was great

Bought black and color ink cartridges while waiting in line I noticed a item by register (unmarked) I asked clerk how much it was "$8 I think" no let me look that up for you. That was the last of conversation until she "handed" me my receipt and said "here you go". No thanks no come back soon. Guess I will go somewhere that appreciates my business.

I was at this store and had a mix up on an order. The manager was rude. He was unapologetic about the order and acted like we had done something wrong. It felt like he was ready to start a fist fight. Really? I would not recommend going to this store. Doesnt office depot have any kind of interview system to deter psychopaths?

The employees at this location are AMAZING. Theyre always willing to help. However, (outside of printers and ink which are well stocked), the rest of the store offers little choice in brand or quantity.

I enjoyed my experience today, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the employees were very helpful when I needed help
