Everything has been bad with them.... First, I left the following review for an external drive in their website: “I bought this item in February of 2012 to store all the pictures I need to take for work...it basically stays in my office and I dont move it around at all. 3 weeks ago it stopped working: when I plug it to the computer I can tell that the drive starts, but the light is not turning on and the drive is not recognize by the computer. Checked online at Hitachi for support and it tells me, after entering the serial number, that the warranty expired on June 2012 (3 months ago.....Office maxs website indicates is 1 year). Took it to Office max and they tell me they only cover drives for 14 days after purchase......Customer "service" in Lubbock is horrible. Dont bother buying this drive or at office max you are wasting your money!” 2 weeks later Im comparing similar items to replace my external hard drive, and to my surprise, I noticed that the review I wrote was deleted from their website, effectively preventing future customers to decide if they want to purchase this defective product or not. If you want to edit it that is one thing, but you should keep the 1 star negative feedback for the product as it doesnt work! If I take the time to write this information to advise others of the defective product and the potential problems with Hitachis and OfficeMax customer service, then you should respect it and dont delete it just because they can! Dont buy anything from them!

The workers are very nice and were very concerned with getting me the correct product. I purchased a camera a few months ago and I got there warranty on it too since my last camera broke because I dropped it. About a month after I bought the camera it broke and Office Max sent me a check that refunded everything I spent on the camera and tax and I was able to purchase an even better camera that was on sale with my refunded money. It didnt cost me a penny! I will definately be buying all of my technology stuff at Office Max.
