This does not relate to the Newnan store staff is awesome. I ordered a Dell laptop online with no problem money taken off the card and everything. I get a call from office depot customer service stating my card was not approved by my bank. The lady tells me the bank denied my card. I tell the lady that my card was prepaid and I put money on the card. I told the lady the money was already deducted from my account and I was not giving them another card to me the same transaction twice. She countinued to tell me that there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor she proceeded to tell me that the supervisor would tell me the same thing she said. I told her I didnt care I wanted to speak to them any ways. While on hold for 10 minutes I call the card I used and the lady told me the amount from office depot was pending and it was taken off the card. The supervioser finally gets on the phone and tells me that they never took out any money and that my computer I order was out of stock. Really!! So I was allowed to order a computer that was out of stock and did not state it on the screen when I ordered. Office depot customer service is horrible none of the reps listen and they hate for you to talk to the supervisor. Rant over

I dont usually write reviews.. But i thought that this employee deserved a job well done! I always come in this office depot because its my home store. However, today i came in the store to use the computer to print and i saw a sign that said "We are no longer offering personal use of our computers. All printing must be submitted thru email" I was sadden by it because i was having complications with my computer that morning. I walked away and an associate named Edgwinna ask why the long face and i had expressed to her that i really needed to get some things printed. She immediately said thats no problem. Wheres your phone we can figure it out right here. Long story short she really helped me out and was extremely polite! I love great customer service!! This is why i shop at this location!

Consistently make the mistake of coming to this store and thinking that Ill get good service or what I need. The manager is the absolute worst and they evidently have store policies that dont match up with printed corporate policies and had to kinda kick up a stick for them to do there job of refunding me $8. Terrible customer service in ever dept. would love to talk to the gm. Terrible store. Order online. Kristen was the newest dude cashier who when I spoke to told me I was wrong about my opinion about there lazy manager whove Ive dealt with unfortunatley more than once.

The woman behind the counter was rude & short with me. On top of that she processed my order in the most expensive way possible. I had some items laminated she did them all individually which cost me about $18. I had done some there before & the clerk showed me my other options, which this one did not. Anyway the 1st visit I did them all together on a large sheet and it ran about 5 to 6 dollars. So zero stars for this visit.

Worse service ever today. Print area was busy and after waiting 22 minutes I was told they could not print on my paper that they have been printing on for months. Manager looks like he fresh out of elementary school and couldnt say anything just looked stupid. Then he gave me a wrong phone number for corporate. Waste of life!

Had cards to take to the register for calculators. Took a card for silver and they only had two of that model available. There were at least a dozen cards on display in all colors. Cards should only reflect what is in stock so customers dont waste time.

Employees at the business services are rude and act as though you are interrupting their day. Ive been to this location 2times for services and they are always rude!
