I love this company! They have come to my rescue many times when Ive realized Ive run out of printer ink - usually late in the day. I place my order right then and STILL have what I need the following business day! I love the convenience of online ordering and home delivery. On occasion, Ive called to place my office supply orders and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I cant say enough good things about Zuma! And their donations to charitable organizations? Find another office supply company who does that! Zuma has earned my business for years to come.

Our school needed over three hundred 3-ring binders by Friday. This website was recommended. I found what I needed cheaper than EVERYWHERE that I had previously looked. I proceeded to the check out which was very easy. Unfortunately I couldnt find a place to upload our tax exempt number. I called the store thinking no one would answer, because it was after 5 oclock CT. To my surprise the most friendly rep answered the phone. She took my order over the phone and apply at my exemption status. I receive $10 off my order and FREE shipping! Zuma, you have saved the day!

Zuma has always been professional in every sense of the word. They without fail get the order filled correctly and efficiently, and delivered quickly--within parameters they can control. Its understandable that very occasionally a shipment may get damaged--anyone in business understands that this is within the fault of the delivery service, not the supplier. I will continue to use Zuma for my online office supply needs.

White Board badly damaged. Company said their deliveries to my area always get damaged.....would have been nice to know ahead of time. I only put a star because it was required to post. Still waiting on refund for board.
