The printing center has a couple people that are helpful, but there is one person in particular that doesnt seem to want to help the customer. I called the store on Thursday evening and was told that they had laminating services. I showed up and this lady told me that I wouldnt be able to get my posters until Monday. I was willing to pay for a rush order, but she was very short with me. I came in on Friday, spoke with someone else and they took my posters and I had them laminated by Saturday at 10am. I came back with more posters in the evening and the lady in the printing center was the same lady that was working on Thursday. She was very short with me, told me they were closed, even though the store was open, then told me that I wouldnt be able to receive my posters until Tuesday, right after I told her I needed them on Sunday. I informed her that I was able to get my posters in less than 24 hours between Friday and Saturday, and she said "obviously we had more people working back here". That was her response as she chose not to assist me. Other people in this Office Depot are okay, but if you are using printing services, beware of this lady, she is not interested in assisting customers.

The Clop
Every time I have entered over the years the manager is usually on the floor and makes a point of saying hello. All of the employees are friendly and every time I have gone in someone politely swings by to ask if they can help. I have been in so many other big-box stores, and there is not a single over one that has consistently had such friendly and helpful employees approach and offer assistance. I really, really like this store because they have plenty of Office Products, but there is a wonderful attitude of the folks who work there.

Three times I went and three times I couldnt stand the service. Terrible responses to questions.. Must be understaffed because the employees are constantly irritated and seem to be stressed and bombarded with work. I especially disliked having to leave an item to be copied then being told the next day that they didnt remember what I had asked for. Waste of time.

Service is great, altho the cashier I had could have been a little nicer. Copy department was efficient and nice, the ladies hired are as quick as theyre nice. I was approached immediately by a gentlemen on the floor which is great. pretty nice store overall. Prices could be better but oh well, the store itself is nice, too bad the prices arent :)

Dirty looking, uninviting and no so pleasant store manager. Instead of helping associates who are already busy she plays on Internet and feeding herself crackers n juice. Not even a smile when I asked for assistance. Go figure.

Great experience. Needed drawing to new building printed and laminated. They hooked me up with 20 x 24 print out and I was on my way to construction site.
