Everything Ive ever bought here Ive had to go back for the rest, bolts, frames, cross bars. Im always given boxes which are previously opened and retaped. I had to go back to get instructions that werent in the box of a desk I ordered and was given instructions that didnt even go with desk. Following these impossible instructions which lacked adiquate first, next, then last step sequence, desk collapsed and they wont replace the pieces their instructions caused to break.

Went to Office Furniture Express looking for new office chairs. Louis was great she fitted us to the perfect chair for our office needs. Who would have known that there are chairs with memory foam.
