At checkout, 2 items rang up higher than shelf price. Cashier re-scans, shrugs, and says, "Thats the price," as if to say case closed. I asked if he was going to honor the shelf price. Had to enlist another staff to help me prove my case...a difference of five bucks!!! The onus shouldnt be on the customer when the price is wrong. Cashier should have offered to get price checked. Insult to injury: sales slip says "override, customer satisfaction" as if they corrected the price to please me and not to avoid committing FRAUDULENT pricing. This was not handled professionally, although the employee who bailed me ou was prompt and super polite. Still, I lost a lot of time due to Office Max cheating price tactics. Yes, I do think corporations overprice things on purpose, thank you very much.

Laughing at your customers when you failed to understand their request is not customer service. Ive had print work from here before, but why bother? Not even close to professional in attitude, addressing the request, or finding a helpful solution.

This place is awful! I dont know how many times they can mess simple tasks up at the printing department. No body know how to do anything. And the other times they are out of the material I need. Just bad all around.

Went the last 2 Sunday when their sales start and they never have stuff in Stock then their is no one to help you. Yesterday i was there right @ 11 when they open and they didnt have any of the penny or $1 items!!

Cost me $50 dollars to print like 75 pages and have them put on rings. Forget that!!!! Never shopping here again. Place always seems like a ghost town. No wonder they merged with office depot.
