Cindy Ollig saved the day . . . and Kendra Van Ness and the Perfect Petal team brought it all to life. Two weeks before my wedding, I needed to find a new florist, and I was sure that would be impossible. I went from super stressed and a little teary to, two hours later, beaming after a conversation with Cindy where she described the exact details I wanted for my wedding and scheduled a mock up for me to see her creation of my sunflower-delphinium vision. Although she was on her way to a wedding in Crested Butte, Cindy called me from the road, and we discussed what I was hoping for and what she thought would work (and even work better than what I had suggested!). She responded to emails as early as 6 AM some times and always let me know where she was in the process (i.e., when I would get a proposal or a phone call). Not only did the flowers exceed my expectations, Kendra and the team hung grapevine balls and glass terrariums in creative, lovely ways in the reception hall and the team transferred sunflower sprays from the ceremony to the reception. In the end, I handed Cindy a dream and she and the girls made it come true. Perfect Petal is creme de la creme and their work is more than worth the price because you know you will get exactly what you want . . . and likely in an even more beautiful way. Perfect Petal is unparalleled, and I owe them more than I can say for making my day as gorgeous as it was!

***********UPDATE***************** I just spoke with the manager at Perfect Petal and they will be giving me a full refund for the flowers that were wilted. It really wasnt the hassle I was expecting so that was a nice surprise. At least if there is an issue with flowers they seem eager to help you resolve it, which is great. ************************************** The flowers I purchased from Perfect Petal were expensive. They were for my wedding, and PP knew it. My sister-in-law took home the flowers - to be used as bouquets - and I heard the person at the counter give her instructions for overnight care of the flowers. "Keep in a cool place, do not put in the refrigerator." She followed these steps and the next morning woke up to perfectly wilted flowers. My wedding planner took pictures and I will be asking for a full refund of the wilted flowers. I also ordered cotton stems for boutonnieres. The stems I got were gross. Dirty and the cotton was all pulled apart. We tried to clean them and shape them, but they proved totally useless as boutonnieres. In short, the morning of my wedding was spent rushing around trying to find replacement flowers rather than writing my vows and enjoying my day. My advice: Before you use PP for an event, take your money and flush it directly down the toilet. Better yet, go to Whole Foods. They actually really came through for me and are a fraction of the price.

First off I would like to start this off by saying I never write reviews, however I had such a horrible experience here I thought it was important to share. I am planning an upcoming wedding and for anyone who has ever planned a wedding you know how overwhelming the experience can be. I had begun shopping around for florists with a budget in mind but was flexible knowing I didnt have a good frame of reference for how much flowers costs. I am not doing a lot of flowers as this is not important to me. I did want some some smaller arrangements in mind as well as your traditional bouquets. I had been to other florists in Cherry Creek and Denver and was made to feel as if my budget was workable and that I was able to get everything I wanted within that budget. When I went to The Perfect Petal I was made aware within 5 minutes that my price range was not workable and was quoted 3x what I was at other shops. It was clear to me they didnt want my business. Again I was flexible with what I wanted to spend, but I would never and will never do business with The Perfect Petal because of their unwillingness to try to make things work within a budget and their inability to be flexible. I walked out of that shop feeling 2 ft tall. I would never recommend this place unless money is of no issue and you are willing to spend 3x what you would someplace else.

I hired The Perfect Petal for our wedding on a co-workers recommendation and was absolutely blown away! Honestly, I have never seen more beautiful arrangements and bouquets (I swear I am not saying that because it was my own wedding). I worked with Kit and she was awesome. She was really quick to respond to email and extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I attempted to get quotes from three other florists in the area and they wouldnt even consider working with me if my budget was under $5,000. The Perfect Petal was willing to work with my budget and I assume anyones budget. Kit was great about trying to fit in what I wanted and still keep the price reasonable. She was also incredibly receptive to Pinterest photos and was able to combine the multiple pins I showed her into something unique that really showcased the style of our wedding. I highly recommend working with The Perfect Petal. (I also posted on Yelp because they are seriously that good!)

Perfect Petal was the florist for my wedding in Beaver Creek and I am so, so happy with how everything turned out and with the experience of working with them. All the flowers were absolutely beautiful and unlike anything else Ive seen, from my incredible bouquet to my bridesmaids bouquets, the boutonnieres, flower girl crowns, centerpieces, ceremony decor, and more. Perfect Petal was very easy to work with during the planning process and they always listed to exactly what I wanted - and made my vision come to life in a way that was even better than Id imagined it. They stuck to our budget and found ways to make the very most of our budget, which was so appreciated. Truly the best florist in Colorado!!

My air plant had terrible mealybugs! Only had the plant eight hours. As soon as I realized that half the plant was dying I called to get the issue resolved. The store manager asked me what I did to the plant?!? Terrible customer service from him. This plant was overpriced AND is now going in the trash to avoid infecting the rest of my house. $40 lesson learned... I will not go back. On the positive side the cashier and florist were very friendly and helpful. It is a shame the store manager is so rude and condescending.

We used Perfect Petal for our wedding a couple weeks ago and our flowers were seriously breath taking. We worked with Kit and she was so sweet and extremely creative. She knew exactly what I wanted within the first few minutes of us chatting. We had a floral mock up about a month before the wedding and I was blown away but honestly the flowers on the day of were even better! I am still speechless looking at our photos. Thank you Kit!! We love you!!

The floral team is dedicated and creative. I dont have a huge budget for flowers, but they are always more than willing to work with me to give me something beautiful and unique in a way that doesnt break the bank. Ive been to several events where they have decorated and they truly have a wonderful ability to transform a room into something special. The shop is a great spot for jewelry and little hostess gift-type things.
