AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND TOTAL RIP-OFF. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I always try to support local businesses so rather than grabbing a bouquet from the grocery store, I thought I would try Bouquets and I completely regret my decision. On my visit to Bouquets yesterday, I was treated as an inconvenience, receiving terrible customer service even though the place was empty and I was the only customer. I asked for a bouquet to bring to a friends house for inviting me to dinner so I didnt need anything elaborate and the person helping me made me feel bad for not needing something more expensive. He asked me to give him a price range, which I did, and then he completely disregarded it, charging me more than I had told him I wanted to spend for the WIMPIEST bouquet. which was mostly all filler and maybe 3 flowers total. When I mentioned I didnt love it, he brought me out a WIMPIER bouquet and charged me even more. The few flowers that did end up in my bouquet didnt even look super fresh or impressive. I would never go here again.

I wanted to have flowers sent to a new store opening on Platte Street called Sous le Lit Shoes and Accessories. I live in out of state so it was a search on the internet to find a place. I had checked the Westword recommendations and found 5280 Flowers because I respect the voters decisions. However, when I called I got a rude person on the other end of the phone. There was only 5280 Flowers and a long pause. No good morning or thank you for calling or how may I help you! They informed me that they wouldnt be able to do anything until Monday! In my continued search I came across Bouquets! I checked their website and other Google reviews which were favorable. I called and spoke with a very polite man. He had just walked in the door but was very courteous and took my order. He thanked me for calling and said he would get my flowers delivered this afternoon! Customer Service is so very important. It may sound silly, but you do only get one chance to make a first impression even if you are voted the best in Westword.

We were visiting from KC and found chimes hanging, 40% off, bought them! They were package and shipped on the same day - we felt like they followed us home it happened so quickly. Everyone in the store was so helpful and considerate, the whole experience was so much fun! WOW just browsing in the store in general was fun, the flowers are amazing!

BOUQUETS are the best florists Ive met yet! Ask for them and see how amazing they are first hand!! Ive been coming here since Jan of 2010. I come weekly to get flowers for my beautiful wife.The flowers are unique and absolutely stunning each time I get them.My husband loves me for that, I love them for that, we will continue to grow!

Used them for a special arrangement on my anniversary - they came up with a beautiful design that completely beat my expectations. They also delivered it to the restaurant as planned. Dont understand the comments here regarding their service; thought they were very professional, asked good questions, and quick.

Needed a wreath at the last minute for a wreath laying ceremony. Four florists turned us down. Called Bouquets and they were happy to make one for us. They were not only professional and did great work, but the wreath they made was beautiful. Highly recommend using them for all your floral needs.

This isnt just a florist. I made that mistake before actually entering the store. Behold a bevy of wonderful gift selections, cards and unique items perfect for home decor. Also their Christmas ornaments are unique and reasonably priced. This is now one of my favorites shops in LoDo!
