Littleton Florist sets a standard few businesses can meet! Many florists create striking arrangements, with unique blooms and plants, but few deliver the customer care I recently experienced with the Littleton Flower Shop. Id placed an out-of-state order to be delivered locally; the day after the delivery was due, I received a call from the gentleman whod taken my order. He was concerned because there was apparently no one home when they attempted delivery, and they had no response to messages left on voice mail. I tried to call and also got no response. I contacted one of the neighbors, who checked and found the lady at the bottom of the basement stairs in pretty bad condition. Her husband had been traveling out of state and had no way to know shed fallen. If Littleton Flower Shop had not been so conscientious about delivery, there is no telling how long she might have laid there, hurt and unable to call for help. I credit Littleton Flower Shop as much as the paramedics for saving her life. When they were able to make arrangements for the flowers to be delivered, they were fresh, fragrant, gorgeous. Littleton Florist sets a standard few businesses can meet!

My fiancé purchased flowers and chocolates from them and paid $284.55 for them to be delivered to me on Valentines Day (today). We received something completely different than what he paid for and the card was misspelled. We called them, and they said they could remake the correct arrangement for us. We had to drive all of the way to their hole-in-the-wall flower shop for them to be condescending and tell us how "sweet" we were for driving all of the way there. When I mentioned the card was misspelled, she looked at my black fiancé like it was his fault. The daughter asked her mother to give me a free stuffed animal that I was looking at. Her mom looked at her like she was crazy, shook her head and ushered me out of the door. They didnt offer any money off for our trouble, nothing for free; just a thank you. I will never frequent their flower shop again, and I will tell all of my friends about my horrible experience.

I worked with Dawn and Littleton Flower Shop for my wedding at Hudson Gardens last month. Dawn was friendly and personable and bent over backwards for me. She offered to meet me on a Sunday because my work schedule. She communicated through email, text, or answering calls quickly and promptly. She understood my budget and worked with me to fully understand my vision for my wedding day. The flower arrangements, bouquets, boutineers, and corsages were better than I ever imagined. The colors and quality of the flowers were perfect. Dawn stayed during the reception set-up to make sure everything was in the right place. People are still telling me how impressed they were with the flowers. Dawn was easy-going yet professional. She offered ideas but listened to understand my requests. I highly recommend Littleton Flower Shop for anyone looking for their wedding day florist.

My mother sent me a planter basket that cost her $100 for teacher appreciation. When I received it I called her to thank her and sent a photo so she know what it looked like. She told me it looked nothing like the picture on the website. She was suppose to see plants and flowers in the basket. I was surprised when she told me the price because it only has three small plants and moss in it, definitely not $100 worth. My mother decided to call the florist. The manager told her you get what you get and she would not do anything about it. She told my mother she did not need her business she has plenty of business without hers. She was very rude to my mother. I would not order anything from them and want to warn others not to patronize this business.

I ordered my girlfriend roses, and they did not arrange them specifically like I asked them to. I had a very particular arrangement in mind due to personal meaning between her and I. They didnt do the order properly. Unacceptable considering how much I paid for them ($20 more than another place I called that were unfortunately out of a color I requested). Also, the driver apparently had MapQuest (who actually uses MapQuest anymore...?) directions, but could not find the place, which is a popular school in the area. He called her 3+ times for directions. Element of surprise right out the window. Try to avoid them unless you absolutely have to use them. They did get the order there on time, albeit not accurate.

After meeting with a few different florists, we hired Littleton Flower Shop for our wedding. I knew right after meeting with the owner, Dawn, we were in great hands. I had a vision for what I wanted the flowers to look like for my wedding, and Dawn was very supportive. She offered her own ideas and recommendations which were so helpful! While I had the idea of what everything was going to look like come wedding day, the final product took my breath away. My centerpieces were everything I had asked for and more! All of the flowers were beautiful and definitely made my wedding complete. I am so grateful!

In mid-November 2009, I placed a cell phone call to the Littleton Flower Shop from the airport in San Diego for a funeral I would be attending in downtown Denver later in the day. Somehow, the exceptional staff managed to get a beautiful flower arrangement delivered for public viewing even before I even arrived. A simple "thank you" is not enough. The creativity, service and reasonable price were unprecidented and I highly recommend them for any occassion - you will not go wrong using the Littleton Flower Shop.

Most disrespectful shop I have EVER dealt with. I was looking for something very special for my wife and they did not currently have any crystal crosses in stock. When i apologized and said I really wanted something very specific the person told me "You wasted 15 minutes of my time because we dont have what you want? Please call another shop and dont ever call here again" this shop needs to be closed down. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP. I WILL BE CALLING THE OWNER. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

We tried to deal with them from out of state. We ordered azaleas to be delivered for 50 dollars. They delivered petunias worth no more then 20 dollars. We called and they were less then friendly. So we had the floral shop from our town call and they wouldnt even make it right. They said they would pick them up but they would only refund half the money after taking the flowers back. Then they hung up on our florist mid sentence. Will never do business with them again.

I placed an order online, from out of state, and during a holiday weekend. They not only emailed me but called me to let me know what I had chosen was sold out. We discussed substitutions, and decided on one. My friend texted me a short while later with a picture of her gift. It was absolutely beautiful, and she was very happy with it. This company has great communication with their clients, and their products are outstanding! Thank you LIttleton Flower Shop!

I am in California and I needed to send my love flowers for vday and unable to do everything physically. Not only did I get an amazing flower arrangement and all the accessories i was very happy with the prices and for the staff that helped me the staff was incredible and made the experience great. I couldnt be happier with what I got but also Littleton flowers have made my Valentines Day that much better. Thank you
