I am appalled at this Flower Shop, my family who lives out of town sent my Husband & I a floral arrangement on Saturday August 20th in Sympathy of my Husbands Sister who passed away...today is Tuesday and three of the roses that are in the arrangement have wilted. We have received other arrangements from other florists that are still standing after a week. When I called and asked if they could replace the arrangement...they said no, they had a 3-day return policy, if I wanted to have the roses replaced to bring the arrangement in the store and they would replace the roses, they could not send a driver out because of the cost they have to incur. I NEVER in all my 50+ years have experienced anything like this. Shame on you TD Florist and Design and Gift Shop.

My son ordered flowers for my birthday through an online page. This shop delivered the flowers, late. The delivery person must have dropped the flowers on the way, there was no water in them and half the flowers were broken. I tried to call TD Florist, but they do not answer the phone and their mailbox is full. So I went there personally and told the rude woman that was working about this and showed her a picture. She then asked me "well where are the flowers now." I told her that they were at my house. She told me to bring them in and she would arrange them for me. No apologies, nothing, and it was like I was putting her out. Their customer service is horrible, their products are not very good quality. They really should not even be in business

On August 10th, I ordered flowers, via phone, to be delivered to an office location in Lone Tree, Colorado. As I was calling from NY, I had no clue as to what the arrangement would, in fact, look like. However, I received incredibly positive, unsolicited feedback from staff at the location and, indirectly, from the intended recipient. The feedback was sufficiently effusive that I thought I would call TD Florist Design to convey my thanks. However, no one picked up the phone and I was unable to leave a voice mail, decreasing what would have been a 5 star rating to a 4 star rating and prompting this, my first ever google review. Notwithstanding the communication-related glitch, the floral product was wonderful.

These monkeys running this shop ruined a big moment. They lied about delivery time to meet their quota w FTD and the very kind delivery driver called an hour after confirmation was sent. Wife had already gone home. Delivery driver was kind and awesome. The chickenshit owner never even tried to call me back and her voicemail was full too which means she is running some kind of s*** show in highlands ranch. The shop was contacted all day long to find out where the delivery was and nobody answered. When you run a delivery business and you cannot contact the company throughout the day and their voice mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message only tells you you got monkeys running the show. Biggest joke everrrrrr.

I was looking for somewhere local and inexpensive to do my wedding flowers last-minute:centerpieces, bouquet, and boutonniere. I stopped in and spoke with Ladies about our day and what I was looking for, which I didnt really know what I was looking for. She asked to see my dress and invitations to get a feel for the general vibe of the wedding, and I also showed her a picture or two of the reception venue. We talked briefly about different options and I really just kind of left it up to her. Best Florist were able to work within my budget and within my short time frame, for which I am exceedingly grateful. I look forward to stopping in from time to time to pick up a fresh bouquet at a treat!

Absolutely the worst place to deal with. Both numbers are busy and the vm is full when you get thru. I guess that is one way to avoid standing behind your product. My son, who is a college student and is on a small budget, sent flowers to both myself and my daughter after we moved from Ohio to Colorado. We had a rough move and he thought this may cheer us both up. The flowers arrived a day late and died within 3 days. The vase was not as pictured for the bouquet nor were the flowers. If I could give a negative star I would. This was such a lovely gesture and way to do something kind. I urge others not to use this unresponsive company

Complete joke. I was purchased an nice and large 70 dlr Flower Basket via ftd who sent it to these people. There was no attempt to put any thing into it..it was all filler with old flowers and used floral foam and broken and damaged flowers. Wrong shape and not enough flowers and about 10 times smaller than the one listed. When the male employee picked up the flowers he yanked the card out of my hand and stormed off. I called them to comment and i was yelled at and hung up on. FTD pulled this order from them to send to another florist. Im no florist but this work was childiish at best and just offensive. Do not use them

Worst florist out there. We used them for my wedding (July 16) and the florist looked awful. The bridesmaid bouquets were 4 or 5 gerber daisy that look like they had been pulled out of the trash behind some grocery store wrapped with some ribbon those cost 55 dollars each!! It was pitiful. The bridal bouquet was not much better. I will NEVER use them again. The only reason the bouquets even looked out is because my cousin stopped at King soopers and bought more flowers and remade all of the entire bouquets. I would not recommend this flower shop ever

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered what we thought would be a beautiful bouquet of orchids, with lilies and roses as accents. What was delivered what a single orchid with no accents at all, and I couldve gotten a much prettier one from a local grocery store for $10. This was supposed to be a plant for a grieving family who just lost their Husband/Father/Grandfather, and I am terribly embarrassed at what was delivered with our names on it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a florist. It took six phone calls to get the flowers delivered a day and a half late. They never called to say they were late, and when contacted they said each time they were out for delivery - for over a day imagine that. When they finally arrived the arrangement did not even resemble the one on their website - and the flowers were wilted. Had they shown up looking halfway decent, I might have given them a two.

I buy flowers about 8 to 10 times a year. I used this place because it was close to the delivery address. they were absolutely terrible. the worst Ive seen. the flowers clearly had fallen over, crushing half of them. besides the fact that I paid 73.00 for a 19 dollar arrangement. I called the office to complain and they blamed it on the driver. (what does that mean to me?) they said they would "check it out" and call me back. nothing. this place sucks!
