Words cannot express how wonderful Barb is, but Im going to try because she definitely deserves the recognition and credit for what she did for me today. I called Barb today at 11:00 AM in a major bind. I told Barb that I really didnt have a clue as to what my girlfriend would like, but this was no problem for Barb. She took the time to walk me through a few decisions and then explained to me what was fresh, would last, and would look amazing. Barb offered a few suggestions and then I just let her creative genius take over, and let me just say, she did not disappoint. By 2:45 PM the same day my girlfriend had received the flowers in a beautiful arrangement that was breathtaking. If you are considering buying someone an arrangement or need an excellent florist, check out Barb and see what she can do for you. Dont waste your money on those overpriced, lack of quality and customer care online shops. For you guys out there have no idea what youre doing when it comes to flowers, call Barb, she will make sure that you get something that will surely impress your girlfriend, fiance, wife, or whoever else you are sending flowers to. With Barb you will get outstanding service, quality, and so much more.

EXCELLENT!!! I do not think I could have been happier with the recent purchase of flowers from Pretty Petals. As I single guy, sometimes we run into problems only appropriately solved with flowers!!! Barb was able to create a special order with specific flowers on short notice. She went as far as going back to the flower wholesaler that morning and purchased the specific color lilies and orchids I needed. Barb even delivered them to Swedish Medical Center before the intended recipient returned from lunch. The professionalism of listening to my debacle and going the extra mile to bail me out was absolutely above and beyond the call of duty. When photos were forwarded, it was quite obvious the attentiveness to detail put in on this very unique special request. There is no question if I will be a returning customer. Barb has me for life!!!

Wow. I ordered some valentines day flowers for my wife two months ago. I asked for something "non traditional" and "funky". I didnt want the usual red rose and white things that everyone gets. I also didnt have time to go over and hand pick anything myself. Pretty Petals Florist sent the most unique beautiful bouquet of flowers Ive seen. And get this: I am writing this as of April 19th, more than two months later and we sill have one final twig of flowers that is still blooming and alive. Not sure what it is - but would recommend Pretty Petals to anyone. They delivered on time and at a last minute request. Id imagine these guys are a tad more expensive than other places, but well worth it and worthy of the 5 star rating.

I purchased two arrangements of flowers here yesterday one for my mom and one for my daughter in college. The prices were great and the owner was very kind. I dont know much in the way of flowers and what women like. I simply told the owner my moms favorite colors and my daughters school colors and she was able to create two beautiful and unique arrangements. I was able to take both of my ladies to lunch today and give them their flowers. My mom cried and my daughter immediately took pictures with her phone and uploaded them to all of her social sites. Apparently I got a lot of likes? is Whatever that means. I owe it all to the owner of Pretty Petals Florist.

I live in Washington and the woman of my dreams lives in Denver. Long distance relationships can be very stressful. Trying to truly show the one you love how you feel from over a thousand miles away can pose challenges. That is until you find Barb of course. Barb is the sweetest person Ive never met. We have only spoke on the phone, but she takes a personal interest in ALL her customers. She remembers our names and situation everytime we speak. She prides herself on helping me show the one I love how much I care. I will always stay loyal to Barb, because she does the same for me. If you want amazing and above and beyond, then this is the florist for you!

Pretty Petals was our amazing florist for our wedding back in 2004. When I needed a florist for a funeral this December, I knew immediately who to call. Barb was very accommodating and was able to get me in quickly. She met with me to discuss what I liked, didnt liked and help create beautiful arrangements. They were delivered to the church on time and were gorgeous. The quality was top notch and lasted in my home much longer than expected. I was thrilled to learn that Pretty Petals now also does flower arrangements and deliveries for the every day occasion too. I, of course, informed my husband of this great news! Go there for special flower arrangements. They are far above the quality of a normal flower shop. Barbara spends time with each flower arrangement and it comes through in the flowers. I found her in the phone book and will never go to another person again she did an outstanding job with my anniversary flower arrangement. I simply told her my wifes favorite flowers and colors and the occasion and she gave me exactly what my wife adored. She has a clear vision of my final product I was looking for. It was handled with care. Thank you very much my wife loved the flowers, you are our florist from here on, youve earned my business.

This florist was fantastic!! I just did a google search for florists in or near Highlands Ranch, CO. I live in Michigan, and didnt realize the time was 2 hours behind us, so I couldnt get a hold of the shop. But an hour later, I received a call from Barb asking if she could help me with anything. She helped me put together a beautiful arrangement over the phone, and helped me work on it with a budget too. Not even 2 hours later, my friend had received the flowers at her office and they were better than I imagined they would be!! Such great friendly service at Pretty Petals, and beautiful flowers for the price!! Thanks again Barb!!

I live in Texas and needed to order sympathy flowers for a friend in Littleton. I found Pretty Petals and called. Barb was wonderful. Since my friend is not really a flower person, she suggested a fruit and cheese basket which I ordered. She went out of her way to make sure the basket was delivered, even returning a phone call after business hours to make sure someone was home to receive the basket. I was told by my friend that the basket was wonderful! It was bigger than what I expected and I couldnt be happier. Just wish she lived in Texas so I could use her more! While I didnt actually do business with Pretty Petals, I would like to say why I did not. This florist was recommended to us by a good friend. However, due to conflicting schedules my fiance and I had some trouble finding time when we can both set up a consultation. The owner was unwilling to work with us outside of normal business hours in order to work with potential customers who would be willing to spend a substantial amount on her services. She may or not have great arrangements, but I dont appreciate it when a business owner doesnt treat her customers like the ones who help pay her bills.
