I recently had an Anniversary. The store committed to deliverying after 5:00pm when my wife would be home. They delivered the 2 dozen roses at 2:10pm, left them on the porch and called her to let her know they were there on the porch. Completely ruined the element of surprise. Cost me $148.00 and they couldnt even keep to thier committment. Blammed it on the lost note they had made.. Then offered to only refund the delivery charge of $13.99, but did give me a voucher for $40, which of course I will never use. Oh yeah, and of the 24 roses, only 4 opened, the rest, well, they turned black, drooped, and basically died within 4 days!!! I would stay away from this place if service is something you pride on and expect if something goes wrong, and also expect quality product.

I had no idea who to call for flowers for a friend who recently moved to the Denver area. I read the customer reviews and decided on Bloomfield Florist. I spoke with Georgie, explained the situation with the person I was sending flowers to. Georgie was helpful, creative and personal in her handling of my request. Bloomfield will be the florist I use for all future business in this area.l

The seem to do nice flowers, but they are always busy and hard to get a hold of. By the time I got a hold of them, it was too late to have the flower delivered on the correct day.
