Ive been receiving (and also sending) arrangements from Banisters for years, and have found many of the arrangements I received to be nothing short of breathtaking. The designers there are so talented, and they use the freshest flowers which last twice as long as most. On a number of occasions, Ive called to ask what a flower was in an arrangement because it was new to me--and Ive worked for two florists! A few weeks ago, I found out about a wake just an hour before it started, and swung through the shop for the first time, about 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday. There werent many arrangements in the fridge, but I found a suitable choice. When I brought it to the counter, the owner noticed a droopy flower and happily sent it back to have the arrangement refreshed. When I walked out after closing, it was with a perfectly beautiful arrangement. What great customer service!

I had last minute issues...I ordered a corsage from another florist and I was not happy with what I received, it was not what I asked for. So my friend recommended driving over to Baniasters florist to fix the problem. She had received flowers from Banisters in the past and said there work was very top notch! Baniasters was able to stop what they were doing, communicate and listen to the customers needs. This is so important to me. They started from scratch and gave me something more elegant like I had asked for from the previous florist. I was very thankful they carried high end flowers and have a designer on staff on Saturdays with creativity and patients. Thank you for helping me last minute, it was so nice to meet you! I wish I could give this place 100 stars! The service was beyond phenomenal. I cannot begin to say how wonderful Rosie was (thank you again, Rosie). I am a floral designer with many years experience, and I could NOT have done a better job myself. Rosie used fun and unusual flowers like eremerus, allium, sunflowers, coral peonies, gorgeous astilbe and some other fun stuff like artichokes and kale. No carnations, daisies or roses, and she customized the design to match the personality of the recipient. I wish more companies would give this type of service. I highly recommend this place if you want great service and great product. I just have to say it again...this place is phenomenal!

Rosie helped me create my absolutely gorgeous wedding bouquet. We consulted for an hour on my vision, Pinterest pictures and ideas for colors. I really let her take control of the design because I instantly trusted her sense of style and ability. This is a small business that is family owned and has been successful for many, many years. Rosie was the most delightful person to work with and relieved so many of my pre-wedding jitters. The flowers turned out just beautifully and I would highly recommend this darling flower shop to any bride looking for a budget friendly bouquet. Ive dried mine and will put it in a shadow box to preserve its beauty for many years to come! Thank you Rosie!

My daughter lives in Denver, and this florist was recommended to me. We have sent a few things from them, and we have always been surprised, happy and delighted. The only direction I gave this time is that it was my daughters special golden birthday (turning 27 on the 27th). As always, they surprised and delighted!!! Even down to the beautiful vase. They even went as far as to mold gold wire into a 2 and 7 to top it off! Because they knew that her birthday was today, they delivered early in the day (while I was on phone with her, so I heard her squeal at how beautiful they are!) If you are looking for "floral design," then this is your florist!

I called the week of Mothers Day for a short notice hospital delivery. I spoke to a very friendly and helpful young lady named Rickie. I explained that the recipient was the son of a florist and wed like to send something stylized and beautiful (naturally he married a very stylish woman with amazing taste), and they certainly delivered. Peonies, protea, sunflowers and so much more in a beautiful Birchwood container (the brother/recipient/patient loved that the most)! Thank you, Banisters, for such great service start to finish. And Rickie is a keeper - What a sweetheart!

Banisters has been a very big part of the salon where I work. For years now we have had weekly arrangements. The flowers are fresh, beautiful, and beautifully displayed in a vase that is also unique. The flowers last so long we rotate them from the front desk to a table by our couch....and they still last another week. Rosie and Josh run the business now and are great to work with. My mom ordered flowers for me from Indiana, she told Rosie (the owner) one of my favorite flowers and they were delivered at my work in a beautiful vase and the assortment of flowers was one of the most creative I have ever seen.
