I am so disgusted with this company! I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day, specifically asking for delivery the day before (Saturday) thinking they would be busy. They never arrived and still havent. I have sent emails and they havent even had the decency to reply! Checking back I realise that I had chosen a florist ion Englewood Colorado instead of Englewood, Florida even though they had accepted the Florida delivery address. Did they pick this up and send me an email asking if I realised I had made a mistake? No!!! What they did do is take my money and not deliver the flowers!!! I tried to call them yesterday, Happy Gardens Floral and Sophisticated Blooms and guess what?? they both have the same answer message, you cant leave a message as their Inbox is full, possibly of other irate customers!!! What really pees me off is that I live in England, I am having to ring the USA and the lady I wanted the flowers delivered to is looking after my Father who is dying from Cancer. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE OR THIS COMPANY! I am not letting it rest, I am complaining to Teleflora and the internet service as well. To add insult to injury, a few days ago they sent an automated email saying thank you for using their service. JOKE!!!!!

Well I was extremely upset to learn that this company has ruined my valentines day for my wife and myself. I began by ordering $110/ dozen roses to be delivered to my wife. When she received them there were only 11 roses 2 of which were broken and slouched over. She calls me crying explaining that she has spoken with the someone and was told they were very busy and would get her an extra rose. No apology though.. Thats all it would have taken. Then called back and spoke with the owner who when told had poor customer service had no argument and still no apology. I mean come on I understand that its valentines day and you are very busy but its not your customers fault you over booked or what not. We are paying you to make our valentines day or special occasion a little more special....

VERY DISAPPOINTED with the quality of the bouquet that was sent. It is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the picture of the bouquet on the website. The box of candy was absolutely different from the picture on the website. I will not use this dishonest service again and DO NOT recommend it to others. For the price paid the quality is extremely dissatisfying. At least the flowers were delivered the same day as promised. Not good quality, not at all. I should have read other reviews before ordering. Now I see I was not the only dissatisfied customer.

Rude. Was yelled at by the owner and HUNG UP ON when I called to express my dissatisfaction with the arrangement that was sent. I have never been treated so poorly by a retailer. ZERO customer service.

Screwed up my delivery time on Valentines Day of all days. Also sent a bouqet that was drastically different from what was advertised online. DO NOT USE. So extremely disappointed.
