Laura is the manager and has horrible customer service! Read full review. Husband bought a Valentine’s Day package that included a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, teddy bear and a balloon. The balloon blew away from the bear before he made it inside the house- no big deal…it’s a balloon! I opened up the box of strawberries and they were extremely small and only half covered in chocolate. We have always used Edible Arrangements for special occasions and have never been as disappointed in the product as we were this time. I decided to return to the store and see if I could exchange them or get a refund as I didn’t feel they were worth $60! I explained my situation to the seasonal lady who went to the back. I saw a few other people come out of the back as I waited to be greeted or something…nothing for at least 5 minutes! Then a female asked if I was the one waiting for the return and threw the receipt at me and said “You are finished now. There is your return receipt.” I was shocked that this was the response I was given and kind of huffed when I started to leave…then I was mocked!! (Please keep in mind that I had my 2 ½ year old with me and am not going to make a scene with my child around) I turned and said “Excuse me?” and the lady said “You can leave now! You came in wanting a refund, I gave you a refund, now good-bye!!” I was again shocked. She also informed me where the door was (as if I didn’t use it when I came in?!) and continued to say “Have a nice day! Good-bye! You can leave!” with some smirk on her face. She was dressed in grey sweatpants (like the Hanes you would by at Wal-Mart and wear around the house to lounge in). I asked for the manager and she informed me that she was the manager and her name is Laura. I left the store in tears as I couldn’t believe someone could treat a customer so atrocious and cold! I called the 1-866 customer service number and filed a complaint. About 3 hours later I received a phone call from none other than Laura. She informed me that she received a customer complaint and said that she gave me my refund and didn’t understand what else I wanted. When I tried to explain to her that I complained about her and wanted to speak to someone above her she said she was the boss and HUNG UP ON ME!!! Don’t call me and then hang up on me! This Edible Arrangement store #428 has the worst product and horrible customer service! Please go anywhere other than here. Next time I will be trying Shari’s Berries---I have heard great things about them!

They dropped the ball and their solution is to point figures! The only reason I picked them over Sherrie’s Berries it because of the same day delivery. This is what sets them apart and they dropped the ball. Promised delivery: Sat by 5. Actual delivery: Mon afternoon. Though Google place lists that they are open until 3 pm, they are not open at all on Sun. Instead of a machine saying "sorry we are closed", you’re on hold as if you are about to be connected to someone. When I finally speak to the store, they could not careless. “Oh the system was down.” When I speak with corporate; it’s this is a franchise and “they cannot police our stores”. Basically, corporate will not own the problem, nor will the store they both point the figure instead of take ownership. What I can do it share my experience with potential future customers, as so far neither corporate nor the store seems to care. Maybe I can save someone else the trouble.

Awful customer service. I ordered a $130 Valentines arrangement for my wife over a week in advance and they were unable to deliver. They are ok if its just a normal occasion, but watch out if you want something on a holiday or if you absolutely need it delivered. We were placed on hold for over 20 minutes, then when we called back, "Lydia" was nasty and gave me a lecture about it being Valentines day and not to expect it until 7 or 8 at night. She didnt even ask me a question to identify the order, it was just a pat lecture and I sure didnt appreciate it. From my experience, youre better off at other locations or may I suggest DeeBees Florist if you really need something for your honey! Save your money for a service provider who cares about their customers!

I place my order to pick it up yesterday at 7pm, i was going to be late, so I called the store to let them know and to please wait for me a few minutes, the kid who answer the phone told me he would not wait for me, they closed at 7pm on the dot, i asked " so... You cant wait for me a few minutes?" He told me "nope, my manager told us to closed at 7 and if ypu have a problem with that take it to him". I got mad and of course I went off on the kid, maybe I was wrong for screaming but what kind of business does that. I called customer service this morning and put a claim and request a refund, im hoping i get my money back. This is poor business practice and I wont use their services again.

Great place .. These people work so hard to fulfill an outrages amount of orders during the holidays.. I dont think these people below understand the amount of effort that goes into making 300 arrangements.. The people who work here are awesome.. Highly recommended...
