I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Brown Palace Floral shop. After having made sure that I ordered flowers for my mother, for Valentines Day and submitted my credit card information to pay for them - OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE, I received a call from someone telling me that they were not going to process my order unless I paid additional money for it being a holiday. After calling the floral shop twice, I was finally told the manager would call me back to settle the matter. This never happened. And come valentines day - my mother had not received the flowers that I ordered for her. So long story short, I WOULD NOT USE THIS FLORAL SHOP BECAUSE THE BOTTOM LINE IS THEY WILL ONLY HONOR YOUR PURCHASE IF IT SUITS THEM! What a crying shame! I generally use 1-800 Flowers and thought I would give the little guys a try. You guys have ruined the credibility of small flower shops, and small businesses in general!!!

Wonderful flower shop! I am newer customer to Brown Palace Flowers but I have used them several times and I am always greatly pleased with their work. Not only is the staff very helpful and kind the floral arrangements are beautiful! My clientele varies from traditional to modern and chic and Brown Palace flowers is wonderful at creating exactly the "look" I am going for. I highly recommend them!

I ordered flowers the morning of my girlfriends birthday. Called twice, once to be told the flowers were to be delivered at 230 and another time to be told they were just put on delivery at 400pm. Needless to say the flowers were never put in hands of the birthday girl.....so much for the surprise flowers. I will not repurchase from those that over-promise and under-deliver.
