Please Please Please do not order from this company. I learned the hard way. I ordered flowers the night before my best friends mothers funeral. after i placed the order, i saw the reviews that this person was unreliable and got really concerned. as of 9am i started to call her to make sure order was received. Hours are not what her website says, new opening hours on voicemail 9;30am-that should have been my first red flag. after calling mulitiple times the store as well as the funeral home, i was told by the funeral home after the funeral that flowers did not arrive. So sad. I called my credit card company to put a hold on payment. They tried to reach the florist and go figure she answered after 2 attempts and sounded tired and as if she just woke up and was unaware of any order. Obviously the order was processed becaues payment was confirmed as well as my confirmation email, was my response. She then proceeded to ask why i didnt call her!??

I wanted to surprise a girl Ive been seeing with a "Just because" flower arrangement at her work. Found Beautiful blooms online, ordered for delivery and then just waited for them to contact me that the vase was on its way. Heard no response so I e-mailed/called and received nothing whatsoever. Since their shop is nearby my house I decided to stop by to see if it was an error in my part. Walked with my confirmation number on hand, they were totally oblivious to my purchase. moments later, turns out my order did go through, they were just too lazy to deliver or even notify me for that matter. I told them that they could send the flowers the following day (since it wasnt a special event or anything) She told me that she would get it done. Have not heard anything since. There flowers might be nice but if my girl doesnt get them then whats the point? horrible customer service and total disregard to there clients.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I really wanted to like this place, but after about three extra chances were given to the shop to remedy a situation and they failed to do so repeatedly (and then have still failed to refund my money for an order never fulfilled), I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. I am still waiting for my $85 to be refunded for a Valentines Day order placed three weeks ago but never delivered. If you want to do business with a place that hangs up on customers (who are being nothing but polite when inquiring about an order that was never delivered), go for it! I will never give a cent to this place again. Thank goodness you are able to dispute charges with on a credit card, otherwise I would be out $85 for goods never received.

The small shop doesnt look like much, but Ive bought flowers for my wife here three times and been quite happy with the results. The quality of the flowers has been top notch each time and the arrangements have been excellent. In fact, the highest compliment that I can pay is this: my wife has absolutely loved her flowers. The prices tend to be on the high side, but the florist has been happy to tailor the results to a price range that suits me and she has always been friendly about taking my vague directions and finding just enough inspiration to give us beautiful arrangements.

I placed an order in the store and was told I needed to wait for a delivery and was promised a call when the flowers where ready which was supposed to be within two hours. Two hours later I had not been contacted so I called. I was told I was not a serious buyer because I did not pay a deposit (all I was asked was if I wanted to pay now or later and I opted for the latter) and that my order hadnt been worked on. The florist did not offer an apology and implied I was not a priority.

One star = HATED IT. My boyfriend called to have flowers delivered to me because I was having a bad day - the flowers were guaranteed to be delivered that day back in June. The flowers never came and he tried calling them for a week after that leaving messages and they never called him back. I tried calling and no one answered, so I tried to sending an email and no one responded. My boyfriend spent more than 50 dollars on a beautiful bouquet that I never received from this company.

Beautiful blooms provided the flowers for my wedding and they were lovely. I had an all white theme but did not want lilies or gladiolas because they are funereal. The florist knew exactly what to do. The pieces were beautiful as was my bouquet. Aside from the white roses I am not sure what the flowers were but they were all white and stunning. I was very pleased and will be using Beautiful Blooms in the future.

My first (and last) impression of Beautiful Blooms is delivering a bouquet for my wifes birthday - 5 days early, not returning email to me regarding this, not answering their listed phone number during normal business hours and not maintaining their voice mail. I cannot recommend this place due to inattention to one of the few details a florist needs to attend to. $50 lost because of poor administrative skills.

It was the day before my mothers birthday and I wanted to send her flowers. I called several florists that I found online and none of them would guarantee a morning delivery. When I found Beautiful Blooms a Florist in Denver, they had no problem accommodating me. I was happy, my mother was happy and now I am a customer for life. That is how service is supposed to work.

I needed to order flowers for my friend’s new spa for the grand opening. I reached Beautiful Blooms of Denver, first online and then by phone. They were extremely helpful in choosing the right arrangement that would be colorful, big and last a long time. I was very impressed with the service and also with the quality of the product when it arrived the same day.

Amazing. I ordered via phone from San Diego twice and both times, the arrangement went above and beyond my expectations. The 26 roses I had sent were the largest, most beautiful I had ever seen. There were all open and stayed beautiful for weeks. If I ever need to order more flowers to be delivered in the Denver area, I will go through Beautiful Blooms.

I couldnt order online. So I called in to order an arrangement. The lady that I paved the order with did not know what arrangement that I was talking about. It was clearly on the website on the home screen. I had to cancel my order since I received a call about 2 hrs after I placed the order saying that she still could not find the arrangement I ordered.

I wanted to write a review about Beautiful Blooms and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a florist that delivers amazing customer service and superior quality of flowers. My husband surprised me with a dozen red roses at work and I have never seen such a beautiful display of roses that are absolutely amazing. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

I was looking for a florist in the Denver area to provide centerpieces for an awards dinner for our association. Someone had recommended Beautiful Blooms. I explained what I needed and what our budget was and they delivered better than I expected. I will definitely hire them again for next years dinner or anything else that comes along.
