We used Greenwood Floral for our wedding. After meeting with the florist, we were really excited. She was very creative and helped us develop some really great arrangements for our wedding party. Unfortunately, we should have seen warning signs when we asked for an invoice of everything we had discussed. She wasnt able to provide one and acted like it was an unreasonable request. Nevertheless, we decided to still have them do our flowers for the wedding because she was really creative and good. Big mistake!!!! After confirming the time of delivery three times (over three weeks) the flowers were delivered two and a half hours late and unfortunately as a result we had to go without flowers in our wedding photos. When we sought an explanation we were told that the florist believed they were supposed to be delivered at a later time than we had discussed and confirmed three times. The flowers still arrived 45 minutes after the time the florist thought they were supposed to arrive. When we sought compensation after the wedding the local florist in the shop was very apologetic (admitted her mistake) but stated that her hands were tied by the owner of the shop. After speaking with the owner, the owner flat out refused to make it right and initially only offered us an in store credit. Though we were eventually able to obtain a partial refund (below what we thought was fair), we were extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service we received and the complete disregard the owner had for addressing the serious breach in consumer trust that occurred through the negligence of this business. I dont normally post reviews of businesses online as I try to let things go. But I felt in this case it was my duty to warn other patrons not only because of the poor business practices, but also because of the shops unwillingness to make their mistakes right with consumers. Please do not do business with this shop.

This flower shop is truly amazing!!! I am from out of town, and work at a flower shop, and get nervous when I send flowers!! However, this shop makes it so super easy with such friendly people and amazing flowers. I have sent 2 orders to my mother from them, and she was absolutely pleased with them!! And of course so am I!!! If you need flowers, you need to call this shop!!!!

When i walked in, employee immediately retrieved my order and was there to point out the special varieties of beautiful and nice smelling flowers in my arrangement for my Office Manager.
