Too bad I cannot give a lower rating. This florist filled an FTD order from Florida and replaced expensive flowers with fewer very inexpensive flowers, but my mother in law was charged for the roses and other very specific flowers she had ordered and paid for to be put in the arrangement. As she is a retired florist herself, she expected a professionally arranged flower arrangement, but what we got looked like a child had arranged it. None of the standard rules for arranging had been followed, and it looked like left overs had been used to create it. My mother in law was very disappointed when she saw what we received, and is also filing a complaint with FTD and the florist in Florida where the order originated. I cannot think of anything worse a florist can do but to fill an order with cheaper flowers to replace roses, and then charge the customer for the roses.

Would enjoy giving these guys a lower rating. Ordered with 1-800-flowers and was subbed to Artistic. The order was roses, stargazer lilies, and gerbera daisy. They switched out stargazers for Peruvian lilies, and carnations for gerbera daisy. Two of the cheapest flowers you can buy when I paid for more. Then they were extremely rude on the phone when I asked what happened. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered flowers with only a few hours notice, asked for a colorful arrangement to be deliverd on short notice. Flowers arived quickly and were amazing. Will definatly reccomend and use Artistic Creations again.
