I recently picked up some flowers to express my condolences to a close friend. I decided to order something special the day before which I felt was a bit last minute. I browsed the website and decided on a gorgeous arrangement, but wanted to warm it up by substituting yellow lilies for the pictured pink lilies. I called the shop to place the order. The associate who helped me was very helpful and accommodating. I was originally told that they would be ready by my requested pick up time of noon, but received a call that they were done early and I could come get them anytime. The shop is conveniently located right off of Arapahoe and I25. When I opened the door I was promptly welcomed and my senses were filled with the delicious smell of flowers. They have a wide variety of flowers and arrangements that are pre-made and freshly cut or potted. My arrangement was more beautiful than I thought! Only the freshest most vibrant flowers were included. The price was very competitive and although I may have originally thought that a small shop would be more expensive than the local grocery store I was wrong! I will be returning to fulfill any future floral needs. The staff was inviting and helpful, the arrangements are unique and always made with the finest flowers, and the prices are competitive and fair. Thank you Arapahoe Floral!

There are a lot of Florist in this part of town so I am shocked by how poor their customer service is considering the competition. I ordered an arrangement for my girlfriend to be delivered on Valentines day. The delivery was timely so no complaints there but I did not get what I ordered. I chose an arrangement from one that they had on display so I expected that I would get exactly that. I did get the Roses but the other flowers were not what I wanted. I went to the store today to discuss this. The woman who was in charge at the time did not apologize and only could come up with excuses that should not be my problem being that I am the one that paid $80. After I asked for a partial refund, she made a call to someone named Dave who instructed her to give me a $10 refund on $80 that I paid. Considering I am disappointed enough to actually drive to the store to discuss it, I was not happy about the offer. I then asked for $20 and the woman called him back. It is from here that I became upset as she was incredibly rude, even after I apologized to her saying that I know that it was not her fault. She did not respond and did not say anything or look at me as she handed my $20. I will never go back to this place.

I promised my wife - to - be the perfect bouguet to walk down the isle with. She had a picture of the one that she thought would be perfect. I took the picture in to Arapahoe floral with the idea of ordering the flowers and putting it together myself. The excitement and enthusiasm I saw, as well as the attention to detail, was very impressive. So much so that I let them put it together with one very specific instruction.....that I was going to be extremely picky. Most people would have been a little put off from this but all they did was hold their head high and reply "our hopes are that we are more picky then you"! Let me say that they did not disappoint. The bouguet was, in a word, perfect. My wife thought it was perfect (which was the true test) and held it proudly. We are now preserving this perfect arrangement to have as a keepsake for the rest of our lives together as well as the boutonniere that they made for me to match. If you want great service, great product and amazing attention to detail from someone who actually listens to what you have to say and has a genuine concern for getting it RIGHT, it would be impossible to ge wrong with Arapahoe floral!

I Called David early on a Tuesday morning and explained I am so far in the Dog House that I need some real help. He told me to come in and lets see what we can do. I was originally gonna wait till Friday to have them Delivered but I just felt like it can not wait. He told me to just get there ASAP and he would make it happen. When got there he gave the tour and let me open my heart and immagination. Teri put what I picked out together and it looked fabulous. She is also the sweetest girl I ever met. (Okay well 2nd) just in case my girl ever reads this. ;) She could tell how in love I was with this girl so she not only took care of me in the store she went as far as to give it the ladys touch and deliver the flowers for me. Later she even gave me her opinion on if it was going to be a hot summer and cold winter in the dog house. Friday the same week I went into my girls work and asked her to Marry me. She accepted the ring and we are working on letting me move back in out of the dog house and sleeping on the floor for now! If anyone ever needs a Save like I did this is where you go!

Arapahoe Floral came highly recommended to me, and after my experience I would highly recommend them to others. After a family tragedy, I used Arapahoe Floral to send flowers to my family members, and surprisingly my family and friends also used Arapahoe Floral to send flowers to me in return. As a person who knew specifically what flowers I wanted in the arrangement but not how I would have wanted them arranged, the end product was always better than I could have imagined. The employees were more than willing to work with me to suggest flower choices that would complement each other. This made my life so much easier, as I could accomplish this all over the phone. Each time I have recieved an arrangement from Arapahoe Floral I have been equally impressed. I was shocked to see that people had a bad experience. To any skeptics out there: people are always more compelled to share their bad experience, it says a lot about this company that there are several great reviews.

Ive used Arapahoe Floral many times and highly recommend them! My first experience was very typical of this place: My mom was feeling lonely on Valentines Day, with all her co-workers surrounded by beautiful flowers while she had none. Not to be outdone, I wanted to send her an arrangement, but my budget was tight. I explained my situation to the florist and they assured me they could help. My mom called me later to thank me - evidently the arrangement shed gotten was three times the size of anyone elses and smelled fantastic! Not only that, it was arranged in such a way that as the flowers that were open at delivery time wilted, others were just opening. The arrangement lasted nearly THREE weeks! Ive ordered from them several times since and have never been disappointed. So if youre sick of assembling your own bouquet, having the flowers die after 3 days, or are disappointed with the half-dozen flowers and plentiful filler typically sent, give them a try!
