I read the reviews and based on them I Ordered the Birthday Cake on-line Thurs July 7th for delivery Friday the 8th. The recipe includes a "Pink Rose" and "Hydrangea", "Hot Pink Carnations", white button spray chrysanthemums and waxflower and lavender cushion spray chrysanthemums and this tasteful arrangement even came with its own hot pink candles. Its everything a girl could wish for! Not Quite.... or even Close... The "Ball Cake" had a single top layer of HOT PINK Flowers only with one of five pink candles; it was a Half Ass Pretty attempt at a Birthday Cake however not what was PICTURED on line, what i requested or worth the $80 including Delivery Fees I paid. I contacted the manager/owner friday evening after I seen the flowers that were delivered and informed him of my dissatisfaction. He stated he would have another arrangement made and sent over Monday Morning. Well its now 3pm Monday afternoon and She still hasnt received them. I am bummed this Florist doesnt honor his word. *** Update Wed 13 July.*** The Owner contacted me Tues afternoon after someone informed him of my review and asked me to remove or change it if he sent a new arrangement or refunded my money. I informed him I wanted a new arrangement and I would change the review once my GF received the Birthday Cake flowers and we were satisfied with them. The replacement arrangement was Beautiful however I believe it would not have been or even replaced if i hadnt left this initial review. During the lengthy discussion tues night he told me that he tasked one of his employees on Friday to make a new arrangement and send it Monday however they forgot. The owner didnt follow up with our mutual understanding /agreement friday night and is why I only raised it one star; the flowers were Beautiful however the customer service for this order wasnt. I will order flowers again sometime and I hope I can leave a Five Star review next time.

Blue Moon is the best florist around - and it is beyond a pleasure to work with them. They did my wedding flowers last summer and from the upbeat personnel, the amazing attention to detail, complete flexibility and willing to work with you on any adjustments (up to the day before the wedding when I switched out some flowers!!) even the sweet way they write out your estimate (think "darling head wreaths" and "a classic, elegant gathered bouquet in shades of hot pink") - they truly take your wedding as seriously as you do and go to great lengths to make sure you have every special detail exactly as you want it. They were prompt upon delivery the day of, and even made sure to ask my approval on my final bouquet at delivery - I told them to make it HUGE and they were worried it would be too heavy... but it was exactly what I was looking for. Nancy was my main contact there and while I know everyone at the shop is wonderful - she was the absolute sweetest and had wonderful ideas to help me bring together what I had envisioned for my wedding flowers. All around I felt they were as excited for my big day as I was and it certainly showed in the quality of their work and their overall attitude. They will be my go to florist from now on and I would recommend them to anyone getting married in the Denver area!

The best choice I couldve made! Im so glad I went with this business, trust me you will be too. A wedding can be a terrifying time. For such a wonderful day we put a lot of emphasis on making sure its perfect, and most of the time it turns out not to be. The flowers that I ordered from Bluemoon for my special day came out better than what I had pictured! It really was such a fantastic day and I can put a lot of it down to how beautiful the flowers were. I even included a couple photos of the flowers in my wedding albums and people always comment on how lovely they are. Going with Bluemoon flowers was one of the best decisions I made in the entire wedding planning process. From one (past) bride to any other Bluemoon floral will make your day just that much more special.

Jeanette was amazing! She did the flowers for my wedding, and I have no complaints! The wedding was over a week ago, and I still have some of the arrangements. My family and I are not big flower people, so it was not an aspect of the wedding we wanted to go overboard on. We sat down with Jeannette and she was so honest and realistic with us. We gave her a budget and she was very respectful of it. She gave us advice on changes to make to stay within the budget. For instance, we decided we wanted hydrangeas, and mentioned possibly having blue ones....and she recommended we stick with white if it wasnt super important to us, because blue ones are much more expensive. We would definitely use Bluemoon again for any future flower needs!

This place is FABULOUS! I was planning a baby shower for my brother and needed a place for floral arrangements. I could not just go anywhere due to the fact that my brother and his girlfriend are avid gardeners. Someone suggested Blue Moon Floral so I had to check it out. The moment I stepped into the shop I knew this place would be great. The lady who helped me with my order was such a rockstar. I told her about the event and she literally said "We got it!" All I did was pick out a few vases and they took care of the rest. Sometimes it is better to just let the pros do their job and these guys are pros! Honestly, the easiest part of my baby shower planning. And the results were amazing.

I live out-of-state and Bluemoon Flower for a same-day delivery of flowers for a family members birthday. I had already called two different florists before I found Denver, and they either couldnt make the delivery that day or wanted to charge an outrageous delivery fee. When I called Bluemoon to make sure they could make the delivery, they assured me that they could and directed me to their website to place my order. The website was easy to use and helped me place my order quickly and correctly. I called to confirm that my order had gone through and they told me that I was good to go! The flowers were beautiful - exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much, Bluemoon Flower!!!

We wanted to send some flowers to a family member who was having surgery. Since we arent local, I did a search and came across Bluemoon. I spoke with Ruth Anne on the phone who worked with me to create a custom arrangement. She was professional and efficient. They had the flowers at the surgery center the next morning so they were waiting in her room when our grandmother got out of surgery. The arrangement was beautiful and family members have not stopped telling us how wonderful the flowers smell. Thanks to Bluemoon, we were able to send our love from afar! Id highly recommend giving them a call for all your floral projects, well definitely use Bluemoon again.
