I have known Vickie personally for almost 20 years. I remember long ago when she attended floral school and her love of flowers and talent for creating beautiful, unique bouquets began. Vickie has the instinct for creating arrangements that are gorgeous, fluid, natural and one-of-a-kind. She is a wonderful listener and takes what the customer says and guides them using her experience and wisdom to create a tailor made floral experience. I have been out shopping with Vickie and she is always on the look out for vases to complement and add to her collection. She is always considering that repeat customer that she knows will love it. Or her creative mind is imagining the particular flowers that will suit the vase perfectly. Once, when on vacation in Mexico, Vickie spotted a vase that she knew would be "just right" for an upcoming wedding. From across the country, Vickie purchased and packed 20 glass vases to bring home. My point is that Vickie goes the extra mile to delight her customers. She and her husband Scott (he does the photo accompaniments for the arrangements) are always looking for ways to take the floral business to the next level in what is available to order as well as customer satisfaction. The photos that are included of each arrangement are a way to memorialize the bouquet as well as providing confirmation to the sender that the arrangement was everything they paid for and aesthetically what they asked Vickie to create. Vickie gives a great value to her customers. I think Vickies pricing is more than fair and often customers are amazed at what Vickie can deliver for a reasonable price. Where Vickie really excels is the floral arrangements for funeral/cremation arena. The photo and floral combination arrangements are a tribute that any family would be proud to display and a keepsake is included. Yet another example of Vickies thoughtfulness and generous spirit. Well I could go on and on about how great Vickie is as a friend, florist and artist but I think my message is clear. Vickie will do what it takes to make your next floral order beautiful, unique and special. Give her the chance to delight you and your loved ones. I know I will!

I ordered flowers from the owner twice , once for my grandmothers 83rd birthday in 2016 and once for my grandmother on mothers day this year, 2017. The first time I spoke to "Vicky" I expressed my concern that I was ordering flowers from another state and she reassured me that they would be very nice. The first time I ordered a holiday arrangement in a tall vase. She took a picture of the arrangement just minutes before delivering instead of at the flower shop as I requested. The picture was shot looking down onto the arrangement so I could not see the vase. I noticed when looking at the picture, she had shorted me TWO flowers in a 10 flowers arrangement. Her response: " I can go pick it up and give you your money back". Sounded more like a threat to me. She didnt think I would notice and was so unapologetic. How embarrassed would I have been had I agreed to allow her to take the flowers back from my grandmother. What she should have offered was a 20% off discount on next arrangement. But she knew what she was doing. Paid $60.00 for that 10 flower arrangement. Check it out on her website. The holiday arrangement comes with 2 roses and some 7 other random flowers. But when arranged properly, its supposed to look very nice like the picture. Okay so I decide to give her another chance this past May 2017. How can a florist screw up a dozen roses, right? 70.00 later I find out from my grandmother that the roses died the next day! She sent me a picture of the roses and I could tell they were opened and wilting. I was so disgusted with her. Im not sure where shes getting these great reviews from but many business owners go on these review pages and write their own reviews. Its sad that anyone would be okay with disappointing an elderly person knowing that she is in her golden years and that each year is a precious memory. Its cold. Take it from me, she can pull a fast one.

Vickie did an amazing job on our flowers and we were amazed with our gorgeous arrangements and bouquets for our wedding. Not only did they have to travel from Colorado to Nebraska on Friday morning, but they had to hold up until Saturday evening when the ceremony took place. The flowers looked amazing, and smelled amazing on Saturday!!! Not only did we get several compliments, everyone was shocked that they had held up so well from making the 6 hour drive. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Vickies Flowers. Vickie not only has done my wedding flowers but she has delivered amazing bouquets for me for birthdays, funerals and Valentines Day. Vickie was so awesome to work with. Not only did she meet with me 3-4 weeks before my wedding (Im a procrastinator..) but she went above and beyond when assisting me. The first thing she asked was about my budget and of course what I needed. She stayed within my budget while meeting every need/desire that I had (amount of flowers, types of flowers, etc). She was very reasonably priced and easy to work with, which was much appreciated because I had a smaller budget for the amount of flowers that I needed. She had plenty of resources to look through for ideas, but we mostly looked through Google and brainstormed from there. She was very flexible with last minute changes that I had. She even checked in with me post wedding to make sure I was satisfied with my order! I will definitely return!

Vickies Flowers was AMAZING! We used Vickies for our wedding and from my beautiful bouquet to our memorial vase, our expectations were far exceeded. From the very beginning, we could tell this was going to be a great, stress free experience. She was able to tailor the perfect flower arrangement and I have no doubt this was a result of her taking the time to get to know us on a personal level. You can tell that Vickie is someone who truly values her customers! Not only were the flower arrangements outstanding, but also the beautiful canvas provided by Vickies Husband was unmatched by any I have ever seen. Thank you Vickie for an unforgettable night. I trusted Vickies flowers to do my wedding bouquet and my husbands bouteniere and they came out PERFECT. I wasnt able to actually meet with Vickie before hand so I only was able to send her a picture of what I wanted and communicate through email because I live far from her shop. But that didnt effect the quality of service that I received. My bouquet came out JUST like the photo and was absolutely beautiful. The flowers were delivered on time to my venue and I could not be happier with my service. They even lasted for several days after the wedding so they were very fresh. And her prices were more than reasonable especially for wedding flowers. I highly recommend Vickies Flowers.
