Jim and his whole staff maintain, by far, the most helpful, patient, and educated flower/potting/plant shop Ive ever been to. Flowers have always been top notch (and if we ever had an issue, weve been told not to hesitate to let it be known). On top of the quality foliage, their customer service is exceptional. I took in a small Bonsai tree that desperately needed a new pot. Jims wife took the plant and said she didnt have anything on hand but she would make a run to their wholesaler ASAP and to find something similar. One day later, we got a phone call saying it was ready and the pot was better than my wife and I could ever pick out ourselves. It was so nice to have full confidence in the store to leave the plant, no questions asked, and be greeted with a better product than before. The cost was extremely reasonable, too. I expected a full $15 more at least. If we ever have a question, no matter how small, we know Jim and his staff are more than happy to answer. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for anything that grows in the ground.

I needed some last minute flowers and called this place because they were local, and I like supporting local folks first. The gentleman that answered the phone realized that what I needed was a corsage and he said that they could do it real quick. 20 minutes later I showed up at their shop and they had a great looking corsage completed in the blue colored theme that I had been looking for. Their service was exceptional, they were very friendly to work with, and my date for the 1940s Ball loved it! Ill definitely be going here, as well as recommending to all my friends, for all my floral needs for now on!

I sent flowers to my girlfriends office in Denver, and somehow they were lost in delivery and didnt make it to her. I called Jim (the owner?), the next day and he refilled the order, no questions asked and no blaming of others - even though its possible this wasnt their fault. I dont plan on using any other flower delivery service in the future as I know I can count on the service of this team. I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it. Thanks so much, Jim.

beautiful arrangements but flowers dont last longer than 4 days. this is the second time I have received a bouquet from this shop that didnt last a week. For the love holiday you pay $170.00 for a dozen rose arrangement, it should darn well last longer than 4 day. Once can be a simple "things happen", twice.... NO, they are selling older flowers for top dollar. I told my man "No more flowers from Bonnie Brae PLEASE" :(

I used Bonnie Brae Flowers for my wedding. Their wedding coordinator, Belle, was amazingly helpful and willing to stay within our budget. The wedding bouquet she designed was gorgeous, more than I could possibly have hoped for. The attendants bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were also stellar. I do not have enough positive things to say about the customer service and product.

I stopped by Bonnie Brae Flowers to purchase flowers for a bed in my backyard. They were helpful about providing recommendations for flowers with a long lifespan. Their prices are very reasonable- I walked out with five plants for $13 and one of the owners gave me a free sample of indoor plant fertilizer. I will be returning soon to Bonnie Brae Flowers!

I believe it was called pretty in pink and had roses, orchids, star-gazers, the works!! Not only that, the arrangement lasted at least 2 weeks and I still have a few stems still in bloom now 2.5 weeks later. All I can say is Im totally blown away and will ONLY recommend Elizabeths in future for any flower buying needs. This place ROCKS .

Tried to order a simple plant that was advertised on their website & was recommended by the proprietor. They wanted to charge a price way more than advertised. When I asked, "Why the price difference?", I was rudely told to take my business elsewhere. I was polite the whole time and have no idea why the price discrepancy or rude treatment.

And they were most reasonably priced-even though they had to drive from Denver to Colorado Springs-still a better deal than anything else I could find for the quality. They were exactly what I wanted and the folks (shout out to Miss Belle) were great to deal with.

Bonnie Brea has quality staff that are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Their flowers are maticusously maintained by professionals. Their products are very pricey, but the care and uniqueness are what youre paying for. Definitely recommend Bonnie Brea for your green thumb needs.
