An out of town relative found the Twisted Tulip online and called to have a large, $170 arrangement delivered to us as a thank you. Fortunately, when the flowers arrived we sent the relative a photo of the arrangement – having no idea what they had ordered and thought was being delivered. It was a small set of approximately six flowers, three of which were white roses. The arrangement they had selected and paid for was very large and included a dozen white roses among other flowers. When the relative called to ask what had happened she was first told that the delivery was accurate. It was only after our photo was sent to the shop that they admitted a mistake but blamed it on the delivery man - even though the card with our name on it was stapled to the wrapping. They clearly tried to get away with sending a small, cheaper version of the arrangement and had not anticipated that they would be busted by a picture. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR CALL IN OR ON LINE ORDERS!!

Hello House of Flowers, Thanks so much for your assistance today in getting a birthday order for my new daughter in law! Both women I spoke with at House of Flowers were professional and extremely helpful, as well as willing to go out of their way to get some special items to help make Hollys gift personalized. I will remember that on my next order and will try to be more timely!! (with the hurricane winds, I got a little distracted.LOL) Being in NH, I could only pick from Google, "Florists in Aurora,CO". Your web site with visuals of gift ideas was a perfect place for me to start. When Holly received her birthday surprise, we got a Facebook thank-you, along with a picture of the plant included. House of Flowers is AWESOME!!!! Awesome quality and service beyond compare. Today my flowers were delivered less than 2 hours after my order was placed. Last time I ordered, House of Flowers delivered them to the appropriate area of the hospital but the flowers were sitting on some admins desk for 20 minutes. House of Flowers actually drove back to the hospital, picked them up off the admins desk and hand delivered them to the recipient. ****Bliss designs great bouquets and today, when my phone kept breaking up during my order, she took my order via text. LOVED that!!!!!! LOVE House of Flowers!!

Rip off! I was so bummed to spend $150.00 for a bouquet that literally was tiny! 2 orchids, 3 white roses, 3 yellow roses, 4 tulips, one small hydrangea, and several green pom pom flowers. I hesitate to buy from florists that I dont know or did not get a recommendation from. The arrangement was very pretty and well put together but it was so small it was shocking how expensive it was. I order flowers all over the country and that was the smallest arrangement ever for the price. I would say it was worth $65.00.

I have never bought flowers online. Ive got lots of flowers but I always deliver them myself. My girlfriend lives in Denver and I moved to Idaho. I asked the ladies to make me something beautiful and unique and deliver it by 4:30. Keep in mind theyve got three hours notice now. They put together a beautiful arrangement and delivered it to her salon. She absolutely loved it and so did all the gals she worked with. I found my new flower shop in Denver. My daughter is a thousand miles from home and was in need of some encouragement, so I called the Twisted Tulip for help. I asked for a live orchid plant--something different, unique, precious. They found the solution to my request and delivered it exactly when and where it was needed. I am so happy that I know I can call on them for any such need and it will be perfect. The Twisted Tulip is hands down the best florist in Denver. I recently ordered 29 centerpieces and 3 bouquets for a large scale fashion event. They did a beautiful job on our arrangement for our grand opening party! Very unique arrangements and you can easily order online if needed. When I originally ordered it, the owner wasnt around so I wasnt expecting much. he ended up coming by my business to discuss the arrangement and then delivered it the day of - so nice!
