Had a not to deliver by 3pm. Called at 2 to confirm that it was out for delivery since I didnt hear anything. Assured by women on the phone that it was. Called at 4 and found out the driver didnt see the note and it wasnt delivered. I asked to cancel the order since it was time sensitive. The women on the phone informed me that she would have to speak to the owner to cut a check because she cannot refund my online payment and could send an apology bouquet tomorrow. (Isnt this 2016? Online stores should be required to do that) While I started to interject she said rudely, "Can I finish?! We have had a rough day, the owner has some family issues and he is at the hospital." I said I understand that and to please cancel the order and cut a check and to have him give me a call tomorrow when he has a chance. 15 min later I get a call from the owner who asks how he can make this issue go away and that he is having a rough day. I say well I am disappointed by the way the women on the phone spoke and handled the matter. To which he replied well we are just having a bad day. Cant we have a bad day?! I replied look sure, lets just cut ties and refund my money and we will leave it at that. So I wasnt going to write a negative review; however, after what they did next I felt I had too. So they delivered the flowers to my wifes work. Shed already left by then so her coworkers put it in the office for her when she got back. I was surprised that they delivered it so i thought it was more of a peace offering. However; they came the next day and picked the flowers back up. I mean how petty can you get? I understand people have bad days and family before business. But that doesnt give you an excuse to be passive aggressive. Cut your losses and take the high road. Babylon Floral does not. Stay Away.

I am blown away with how amazing this flower shop is. I had ordered an arrangement from another florist this morning for my moms birthday. My mom has Alzheimers and I was really clear about how I wanted it to be abundant and beautiful and make her feel important and loved and special. I was looking for pure magic. I spent a good deal of money and almost cried when she received it. So inadequate. Unatttractive. Small. Simply not acceptable. I googled and found Arthur at Babylon. I called him, explained the situation, and asked him to make this right an send something amazing. OH MY GOD. What arrived hours later was beyond stunning and far surpassed my expectations. Spent the same amount of money at both florists and the arrangements were night and day. Babylon Florist made my moms world beautiful today. Beyond anything I could have asked for. A florist who listens. And delivers. And cares. As evident in their work. Forever a customer.

Seriously applaudable customer service. I was a little late the game ordering my girlfriend flowers for her birthday, and called Babylon the day of. The man on the phone was incredible helpful and shared that they could most definitely fulfill my order and deliver the flowers, all on short notice. Because I was ordering over the phone, I asked if someone wouldnt mind texting me a picture of the arrangement before it was sent off. Within minutes, a picture of the flowers was sent to me. I then asked when they were expected to be delivered, and I received a text with the exact time the delivery took place. Such an easy process. So great to be treated this way. AND the arrangement was affordable. Babylon will definitely be my go-to flower shop from now on!

Id never been to Babylon Floral before -- and technically, I still havent -- but I needed a last-minute arrangement for a dinner party later that night. When I called, I explained my situation and whoever had answered (a friendly male) offered to do something creative in my price range and leave it for me next door at the salon, which would still be open by the time I could get there. Needless to say, the arrangement was original AND beautiful and my hosts absolutely loved it. I just regret that I had no cash on me at the time to leave the big tip he deserved. Ill be sure to recommend Babylon to everyone I know! Youre truly an example of customer service without skimping on the creativity. THANK YOU!

Absolutely loved the floral arrangement for my wife for our wedding anniversary which we had to spend time apart due to a family illness. I prefer to talk with a person when ordering such things as flowers, but, after reading the reviews I noticed that uniqueness was mentioned a lot. So, I took a gamble and ordered online. I let them decide which flowers to use, but, I added a note that I wanted something fragrant. I do not know who made the arrangement but you nailed it. Thank you and best wishes for continued success. P.S. I liked that I was able to look inside your store (a google maps feature).

I was a little hesitant to order on-line, especially since the web-page wasnt complete and I was unable to review their flowers. However, due to the other reviews I had read by Babylon and the other vendors in the area, I decided to give them a shot. After receiving a call from my girlfriend this morning, I knew I made the right choice and will definately purchase from them in the future. If youre looking for beautiful, unique, creative, and one of a kind floral arrangements... look no further. I remember the first time my husband brought home an arrangement from Babylon....wow, a beautifully unique vase exploding with strange and wonderful shapes and color, plants I had never seen before... just my style. I felt so special! Not only were they amazingly beautiful, with the use of flowering branches and unopened buds, the arrangement was full of surprises that lasted for days. Ive been very fortunate to have found Arthur and Babylon . My significant other gets chills down her spine and is happy for days, each time Arthurs creations arrive at her door. Babylon is so wonderful to work with- theyre very reliable, very creative, and take guidance / requests very well. I absolutely love calling them up because I know Ill be extremely pleased every time, without fail! I know flowers well, but live across the country. I tend to be very particular, and Arthur delivers every time. I recommend Babylon with my highest regards!

Babylon Flora delivered what I thought was a birthday bouquet to my door yesterday. I quickly realized that I was the wrong Sheila and that the weekly delivery should have gone to my neighbor also named Sheila. I showed the delivery person where the other Sheila lived and he left to deliver her flowers. Soon he returned to my door with an orchid plant for my birthday. In the past I have bought several arrangements and plants, all spectacular, at Babylon Flora but I will buy many, many more from now on. Excelente.

My wife and I decided to elope last may. It was Memorial Day weekend so flowers were hard to come by especially a wedding bouquet. After cabbing all over town I found this shop and the man working there despite being very busy stopped what he was doing and put together the most beautiful bouquet. It literally saved the day and those flowers are immortalized in our wedding pictures. I cant emphasize enough what an amazing deed this was!
