I was extremely dissatisfied with the product and the customer service. My dad is working in another state, it was my parents 30th anniversary and their first anniversary where they were not able to spend the day together. I helped him order flowers to be delivered to my moms job as a surprise. While the roses were beautiful, the bouquet itself looked nothing like what is advertised on the website. There was half as many roses as their should be, and hardly any babys breath filler. It looked so bare. Attached you can see what is advertised, and what she received. When I called to ask about it, the owners response was, "well if you dont like it, bring it back" which is unacceptable. She was rude an offered no viable solutions to the problem. When I got home to see them in person, it was even worse when I noticed the card was full of typos! I told her the message over the phone and they couldnt even spell check the card. I always try to shop local shops, I will never go here again, no would I recommend them to anyone. I couldnt be more disappointed.

I bought flowers for my wife on our anniversary last year at Best Yet and was somewhat satisfied so I went again this year and selected an arrangement pictured in a catalog. I was charged extra to exchange carnations for roses, which was fine. She showed me the vase to be used but it wasnt the same one my wife received in a much smaller arrangement than was pictured. I only send flowers to my wife on special occasions, but the arrangement was not special at all. The flowers looked like they were bunched together and crammed into a tiny vase. I am very disappointed and not satisfied and will not take my business to Best Yet ever again.

Ordered a bouquet from this company, item [T11Z102A] and it turned out nothing like the picture, it is supposed to be a heart, haha not even close more like a blob of flowers, in my opinion it was a waste of money, on the other had the order was at good timing, 11:30 am, but they dont give you a window of time when the flowers will show up. The flower delivery guy didnt seem to be in such a great mood, not mad but at the same time its a special event, put a smile on your face, kinda ruined my valentines day in my opinion. beware before you go here the low prices are for a reason!!!!

The women there are very nice and generous,but that is the most money I have ever spent on flowers!! Too Expensive!! You can still find lovely flowers at a decent price elsewhere. Unless you plan on spending over 50$ for less than a dozen flowers then be my guest.
