I came in today after lunch for a correction collar battery. Near the display was a cage with a tiny male ferret. I began to inquire with questions like how long have you had him and how old is he etc. For me qualifying the pet for my 13 year old daughter. I am a former ferret owner and was very interested. The nice bald man returned with answers to my questions as I observed the animal was using the litter already. I asked if I could hold him and he quickly laughed and said I dont think so. (Mind you I am a radio executive and dressed for business today)...you were out of the battery I needed and then denied me handling a potential pet. Sale lost. My reaction to him was "well Im not buying an animal that I havent handled" My advice: teach your people to better qualify your customers. I am a 45 year old mom not a 10 year old looking to pet something furry. Sale lost

The people who work here are SO friendly. They always say hello when you enter (it doesnt seemed forced) which is really nice. Ive actually had people come ask me if I need help. Ive never had to track someone down. You can bathe your dog here too. Just $10 and they have everything you need. Its so much better than cleaning up the mess at home!

The staff is very friendly towards us! They love on every animal that comes! My dog is very nervous when going places she havent been before and they make her feel right at home. I also love the self service bath area. It is always neat and clean when I come!
