Absolutely awesome! I came to the store with both of my kids and only one needed a bath so we used the self wash. I cannot remember the gentlemans name who did such an amazing job with my youngest puppy whose 17 weeks old. My oldest is about 7 months he is the one who got the bath but the gentleman brought me a towel helped me pick out a better food for my babies, and colars and gave us free treats because its friday. By far, the best experience I have had at a pet store. As many people that were coming in and out he made me feel like I was the only one without neglecting anyone else.

Absolutely love pet planet & their staff! So amazing! So friendly & genuine when talking about care for your pup! Its always a wonderful experience when you go in. They know us as well as our dogs by name! & they know so many facts About literally anything. I literally brag about this store & its staff every chance I get. My dog is a rescue, & very picky on who he likes, & he loves all of the staff. (I think Haley might be his favorite!) anyway, try pet planet. You wont be disappointed.

Knowledgeable staff are willing to help with product/food selection. They carry high quality pet food and products here. They also have a self-wash dog bath station for a very reasonable fee. This includes the shampoo and use of grooming supplies. There is a grooming table in there as well. Oh, and my pups enjoy shopping there, maybe because they can always count on a treat! :) Pet Planet has a fantastic selection of dog treats and toys!

Wow! I received phenomenal customer service, from Jen, today when I went into Pet Planet for the first time. She took the time to speak with me regarding my concerns about conventional dog food and helped explain the various raw food options they offer. Went to Pet Planet to get some Pulsar Dog Food. The owners here are great and super friendly! They both had great tips on nutrition and were very informed on the brands they carry. I have not been happy with Petco or Petsmart for awhile. This place brings back that community feel that I had when I was growing up! Definitely will be my go-to place for all my dogs nutritional and accessory needs.

Such a great environment to be in! Everyone is so nice, and the staff clearly loves animals, which is a nice change to the cranky employees at Petsmart. They always encourage me to bring my dog in. They even give you coupons and free dog treats when you sign up as a member, which is very considerate. Never had a negative experience, I always leave smiling!

My dog loves this store. All the treats are at the right height so he can sniff out what he wants. Its a relaxed little shop with a great selection of nutritious dog foods and good quality toys. If you live in an apartment and dont have a hose this place has a nice space to bathe your pet. I recommend Pet Planet to all my friends.
