Here is an extensive review. Im still working with Sidi to resolve the issues so will update accordingly. I bought a 2002 Saturn VUE to use while in FL (came here for med school). I needed something cheap and reliable and dont really drive too far (5 miles a day or so). In retrospect I should have gotten this car inspected by the dealership before buying it (would have cost $150 or so, but it would have been well worth it). I test drove the car and it seemed find for my purposes (home, school, grocery store) and I was told that the cars are inspected so went ahead with the purchase. Within a week of purchasing (less than 50 miles of driving), the car stalled and had to be towed to a repair shop. The following week it happened again. I took it to the Sidi who said it may be the throttle body. I then had a friend from Seattle visit by chance who used to be a Saturn mechanic and did a free and thorough inspection of the car (which took him a few hours). He said there are three problems with it: throttle body assembly needs to replaced, there are wiring issues and that the transmission would give out within the year. His advice on the car: drive the car till it dies, then cut your losses and move on... you are going to have to invest a lot of money in this car and it may still not be reliable after that investment. I reported the problems to Sidi, who said "you started driving it and now you are having problems, which I cant anticipate. Ill see what I can do to help." Per my Seattle-based mechanic friend, these issues were probably the reason the car was sold by the original owner in the first place since they couldnt all just show up suddenly within 50 miles of driving. I literally drive the car now saying a prayer that it wont die each day (I bought it with loan money and wont get my next loan till January so cant afford another car till then). Thats all the facts. I drove a Toyota Camry for a decade and never had an issue. I will never touch another GM car in my life. I tried to include no bias and state things as they are. The second star is only because the dealership is still in communication and trying to help and Ill update this as we go along.

People, please do not hesitate to buy a car from this company over the Internet!! I live in Alexandria, VA, and Sidi made the experience very smooth, fast, honest and painless. He insisted over the phone that the car was in excellent condition and he was right. I am the paranoid type so I paid an Internet-based national inspection company (AIM) to inspect the car anyway. It turned out to be unnecessary, but it eased my anxiety about purchasing a car without seeing it in person. Sidis word is as good as gold. We easily negotiated a fair purchase price and Sidi made all of the arrangements to have the car quickly shipped to Virginia at a fair cost (I checked!!). The car arrived exactly on time and I was literally "stunned" when I saw it sitting on the trailer. It actually looked better than the website pictures. The car looked and ran perfectly and "whizzed" through the Virginia State Inspection and Emissions tests. In addition, Sidi graciously helped me a few weeks later when Virginia insisted I have an "original" bill of sale to get my new title and registration. Sidi will not "abandon" you after he gets your money. Please take a few moments and read through the other reviews on this site. You will constantly see the following words repeated many times: HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. And that was exactly my experience.

Owner Sidi is rude and disrespectful. Would never recommended anyone to purchase nor consider going there. Tried to negotiate a price and he went off. As I walked away he continued to make comments. He claims they inspect all of their vehicles but I took it for another inspection myself and they discovered a pile of rat feces in pan/cover underneath the engine.
