I needed a comfortable, reliable vehicle and had never purchased a car from a dealer before. I was understandably nervous at the idea, but had heard great things about Enterprise Car Sales so I gave them a try. Generally when purchasing a used car, you have no idea what sort of maintenance it has received, but knowing that this vehicle was used as a rental and was cleaned and maintained rigorously gives me so much peace of mind. Because commission and sales are handled differently than at typical used car lots, there is no pushy used-car salesman effect, and I felt like I was in great hands. On a personal level, Jude and Steven were both very friendly, laughing at my jokes and helping me work around a restrictive budget to provide a great vehicle within range of my target monthly payment. They were very helpful and willing to transfer multiple cars to my nearest branch so I could come in for a test drive. I had initially contacted them about an 2010 Ford sedan, but walked away with a 2015 Focus hatchback with features I had considered WAY out of my price range. I had my trusted mechanic look over this car once it was in my possession (Enterprise offers a 7-day return policy!) and for the first time in my life was told "Your car is in great shape and wont need any work besides maintenance for the foreseeable future". I am 100% satisfied with the service I received as well as my purchase and would certainly recommend Enterprise Car Sales to others!

We were looking for a car and visited several lots to get an overview of the market. We later looked online and requested an online appointment to look at some of the cars at Enterprise Car Sales. We were very shortly called back and made an appointment with Tyler over the phone. When we arrived at the office we were also introduced to Johnny and Bryce. The personnel in this office are very friendly and outgoing and Tyler made what can be a difficult experience very easy as well as being a great conversationalist. I really appreciated the attention to detail even over minor things and their ability to answer a variety of questions. For example, they found out exactly what our needs were before selecting the perfect vehicle for us and also answered a plethora of questions about how to work the car accessories. They really know the product and are eager to help. In addition, Enterprises ability to offer good prices and work with a variety of lenders meant we were able to obtain a car just one year old with no money down.

The sales team at Enterprise in Roanoke is a very good team and they work well together. They have been wonderful to work with. Our car has been great. Our familys only complaint about the whole process is that whoever performs the 109 point check before the sales team receives the car does a very average job. Our mechanic checked the car over after our purchase and found that both air filters were beyond dirty, one tire needed to be replaced, a piece of molding was missing from inside of the engine compartment, and the back bumper on the car had been replaced. All of these items are not the fault of the sales team, but should have been checked out better before they received the car to sell. Who ever they use to perform the test doesnt do a very good job. We will buy more cars from them in the future, but will probably take the car to our mechanic first to have things checked out prior to purchasing the vehicle, and let the sales team fix anything that needs to be fixed first before we drive the car off the lot.

I was in the market for a car. Heard a lot of great things about enterprise. So I decided to start searching their website. I made the phone call it connected me to the team at the Roanoke office. That is when I met Tyler Carlin and Jonny Dansby, two really great people. We met them on December 13, 2016 for the very first time and tested out some of their cars they had. We explained to Tyler and Jonny what we wanted and needed in a car, since most of us are over six feet tall. Tyler and Jonny went out of their way to find us a car and get it delivered to them. December 15, 2016 we went back to Roanoke to look at the car. It was beautiful, had plenty of room and very affordable. Would highly recommend enterprise and I will tell others about the wonderful, non pressure service we received. I will go back when looking to buy a car for my sons. Yes, we came home with my new car that day and I am very pleased.

When I graduated from college, it was time to upgrade out of the car my parents had got me when I was 16 and into something a little more grown up. Working with Bryce Johnson and Jonny Dansby, we found the perfect car to fit my needs, a 2016 Buick Regal! I was also ecstatic to find out that Enterprise not only takes trades, but loves them! They used Kelley Blue Book to value my car which gave me around $2000 more than what other dealers had offered for it! Working with their finance team was amazing, I was concerned that being so young and never having financed anything before I was going to have trouble getting approved, but Jonny was able to get it done and got me an excellent rate! I would absolutely recommend Enterprise Car Sales to ANY ONE who is looking to purchase a car!

Steven!! Thats all I have to say. Steven is a saleman, hassle-free, friendly and very attentive to your wants & needs. I knew a few people whom bought their automobile from here, so I gave it a try. Hands down, beat the competition on Williamson Rd. They dont have 100s of cars to select from, but the amount of cars they do have are great. My car I bought, the nxt day, I realized the front window didnt come down. I gave Steven a call, he apologized numerous times and said hed send someone with a car to deliver to my home (180miles away) the next day. He did. A nice gentleman dropped off a car (more value than what I purchased) & drove my car off to the shop to get fixed. Then exchanged cars back after everything was fixed! PRICELESS!

I delayed buying a vehicle as long as I could. After 224K miles and no car payment for 12 years, I bit the bullet and decided to give Enterprise Car Sales a try. My vehicle buying experience was amazing! No haggling, quality cars and the sales representative was NOT at all your typical used car sales person. He was patient, thorough, there was no pressure and he listened to me so that we could find the perfect car for me. After I decided on an awesome vehicle he assisted me with the stuff I dread -- He called my insurance company to add my car and made sure I had shiny new permanent tags. All this, and he was genuine and nice. I dont often do this, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Enterprise Car Sales.
