I had recently purchased a C300 4 Matic from another dealer and they had agreed in writing to replace a sensor for the traction control light .When it came to have the repairs done they would not offer a shuttle or loaner car after that I began to question there trust worthiness and if they could even do the repair properly I was referred by a friend about Foreign Traffic so I called them and spoke to the service manager explained that I would like to get second opinion they took me in that day and ran the diagnosis for FREE and confirmed that is was the Yaw Sensor and upfront estimate on what the total cost would be and with that I made arrangements to have them make the repair. Appreciated the fact that I didnt purchase my car there and they provided a service level as to where I had .. Once the part came in scheduled to have car serviced and they provided and they provided loaner car !! After work was done called me to pick up my car and it was the price they had quaoted me. Will be going back for oil changes and other service and will be taking my Passat there to get serviced too !! Will be recommending them to others Look for future reviews

I recently bought a 2015 BMW ///M4 from Foreign Traffic. As a car enthusiast and someone who used to sell cars, I have dealt with every type of dealer that you can imagine. It is my opinion that Foreign Traffic makes every effort to ensure that the cars on their lot are well maintained and mechanically sound. Just like finding a good mechanic, it is great when you can find a reputable car dealer. I love my new car, and the owner of Foreign Traffic was great in promptly assisting my purchase with reasonable financing. I live 400 miles away from his location, but I will continue to purchase future vehicles from Foreign Traffic because of the commitment to quality that I believe Foreign Traffic represents. My sincerest thanks to Foreign Traffic for providing me with a quality pre-owned and drop dead gorgeous car.

Called for an estimate for new brake pads and rotors. Was quoted $800 on the phone. Brought the car in. Lo and behold, was charged $1100. Okay--fine. I will deal with the upcharge though not happy about it. Then drove away and the tires were all out of balance, car shaking when I went fast. So brought it back and they said: "yup; all tires out of balance." They re-balanced but then charged me for it!! It was only $65 but, come on! They obviously didnt put the tires back on the right way when they did the brake job; would have expected them to just comp me and apologize. Now, over $65, Ill never come back. Oh, and the loaner Cars they let you borrow (ironically) have barely functioning brakes. Very dangerous!

I cannot say enough about both their service and sales. Both of our purchases were extremely easy and enjoyable. Through numerous appointments with Foreign Traffic, my family has come to completely trust this shop and all of its techs. Weve had several different cars in for service from a fairly routine Elantra to a complicated BMW, and each experience has been exceptional. The techs diagnose correctly the first time, execute repairs without difficulty, and we have always been charged a reasonable and acceptable amount. My son just had a new clutch installed on his Elantra, and he said the car has never shifted so smoothly. I would trust this shop without reservation.

What a great experience. I worked with Bill Lindsay. As an out of state buyer that couldnt make it in to finalize the purchase these guys were great. Flawless transaction from start to finish. They had a z06 I was interested in, sent me over some extra pictures, got to the price point I needed to be at and delivered. When the car arrived it was in better condition than the pictures showed. I see a passion for cars in the people I meet, as soon as I walk in the door. Everyone is very friendly, appearing to enjoy working there.I like having a happy mechanic work on my car. The service advisors are helpful as well as knowledgeable,explaining details of the needed work, as well as what was not needed. The mechanics did the repairs needed, & nothing more, saving money that didnt need spent. But beware;on your way to service,your walking past their fantastic selection of cars!

They found something that could have been a huge problem, had it "gone" while we were traveling--all because my brother noticed one wheel seemed misaligned (bless him). Excellent in all cases on preventive maintenance, as well as major repairs. Total brake replacement done at a price much lower than the dealer had quoted. The loaner cars have been a tremendous help several times. Its always very reassuring to have Foreign Traffic work on my VW!

Dont get it wrong, these folks specialize in high-end vehicles and youre not going to get a steal.
