I bought my first car from Casablanca Auto Sales, I was looking for a manual speed and very inexpensive vehicle with my limited budget back in 2012. I was given a recommendation from a family member to check out casablanca and luckily they had exactly what I was looking for. Owner Zahid was friendly and he seemed to help me out instead of trying to upsell another type of vehicles that was little over my budget. Even though they are selling their vehicles with "buy here pay here" method I wanted to pay it all which worked on my favor. The cheap car just became cheaper by paying it up front entirely. He was very informative and he told me that the vehicles are being sold AS IS which is what is expected from used car sales especially if you are buying it for cheaper comparing to other dealerships or sales centers. My vehicle was 5 speed 1997 Honda civic dx it even had brand new paint job with a great silver color. I drove the vehicle until 2014 November and wanted to buy a newer car after my economy has gotten better. During the two years that I owned the car all I spent was to gas and oil in every other 3 months, also I changed the air filter once. I gave the Civic to my brother in law with a very symbolic charge instead of trying to sell it to someone else since he wanted to learn how to drive a manual speed vehicle. Today my brother in law still owns it and visits to casablanca whenever it needs oil change or maintenance for the vehicle. I am truly thankful that a car from casablanca helped me make it through in the days when my economy wasnt allowing me to purchase a newer or more expensive car. I got every dime and cents worth of the vehicle. Today I am luckily driving a better vehicle but God forbids if my economy gets worse I wouldnt hesitate to visit casablanca once again. Thanks to Zahid for understanding my situation back in the days! Keep up good work Casablanca!

I recently purchased a car from this terrible place, and the car stopped working within 2weeks....I called the man that sold me the car and he said that i would have to find my own way of transporting vehicle...the man coudlnt even handle the expense for me to tow this broken car he sold me. I called and talked to someone name Paula, who was very rude. She woudlnt even let me speak back to the man who sold me the car. Let me just say this..the entire staff is trashy. The office doesnt even look like an office. It looks like an old bathroom, and the cars are parked congestively, you can barely test drive anything...Ijust so happened to mention that I MAY have to get a lawyer involved, only because Paula wouldnt let me speak to the man. She wanted me to talk to her, like she was there when I got the car. She wasnt even at work that day then when I asked her to speak to a manager, she says she is the manager..Managers dont answer phone calls like a secretary. She is blantantly RUDE!...The this other guy who didnt introduce himself got on the phone and put me on speaker saying that the call was being recorded..This company or whatever you wanna call it, had a lot of messy people working there. Id like to also mention that when I paid cash for my vehicle, they were already splitting the cash while i was in their so called office. They couldnt even wait until I left..mty advice to you is to not shop here!

PHENOMENAL! I recently bought a 2013 Nissan Altima from them and I couldnt be happier! The car runs very well and has given me no troubles at all! They were willing to negotiate with me and give me a great deal! They made sure that I had a superb experience, documentation was easy, quick, and at all times professional. My family and I have purchased many many cars...those of which include: A Suburban, Dodge Charger, Tiburon, 2006 Nissan Altima and now a 2013 Altima from them and they all have been great, durable cars that we continue to use and have given us no major issues at all! We also have trusted them for many years with our auto repairs and they have been able to provide top notch service within a great price range! We have never been dissatisfied! Customer service is amazing and they definitely help you with anything they can! Zahid, Frank, Jr and even the mechanic are friendly, knowledgeable , polite and are always willing to help out and answer any questions! Prices are reasonable and services are done properly! I will continue to make them my go to shop for any auto repairs or to buy more cars!!!! You guys are awesome ! A "MUST GO TO" if youre looking for the best deals on cars and repairs!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

12 hours after I bought a vehicle from here, the check engine light came on for the catalytic converter, took to a mechanic and it need new wheel bearings, ball joints and had an electrical problem, shouldve never passed inspection. I called an told them and they said its not their problem once it leaves the lot and that if they had to unplug the battery to get it to pass then thats not illegal. A week later go to have my oil change and discover the drive shaft has been removed, which voided my contract so 29 days later, finally getting them to let me return the vehicle but hes keeping $1000 of my down payment, because I had the vehicle a month... when my monthly payment is only suppose to be $250. These people are pathetic and a sorry excuse for a human being. An the one behind the counter seriously needs to brush his teeth, all in my face with absolutely disgusting breath....

Purchased my mx-6 back in july of 2010 had no problems from it so far, it had 115k miles test drove it fell in love. Drove it ever since, minor problems with it but they also worked with me if i had issues paying. One of the best cars ive ever bought in my life. I shopped around and NONE of the other cars else where compared. The owners are very nice, helpful and I will do business with them again. They did offer to fix what was wrong with the car but I declined just for the simple fact I could do it myself. Which was a door handle missing 1 bolt. As for the negative reviews I will say this; if you had a "trust worthy mechanic" why did you not take it to them first? Why wait till youve paid for it? It clearly says "No Warranty" - so before accusing someone of doing you wrong; check on the cars history and check it yourself some things go bad randomly.

The Ups about this place : The cars are priced for a really good deal, if you choose to finance they have a goal of no longer than 1year to pay off. They Let you test drive and even bring it to a mechanic of your choice. The Downs about this place: I test drove a car and thought it was great. I was terribly wrong! I took the car to my long time mechanic. He drove the hell out of it and what did you know the check engine light came on ! BE AWARE! Test Drive The Vechile Atleast 30m-40m To See IF The Engine Light Comes On. The Engine Light On The Car I Wanted To Buy Was Erased !!! Im Glad I Drove IT That Many Miles For It Came Back On! The Engine Reading That The Head Gasket Was Blown! My Mechanic Adivised Me To Take The Car Back And Run!!!!
