I recently purchased a car through Jessica! I was excited about them getting me into a car because I was in deep need of a car, for work and my family. First the process took longer than expected because when it was time for me to drive off, the car only had one headlight, and no one at the store knew how to fix my light. I needed my car that I already put over 1,000 down on, so I drove off with one headlight, and my uncle fixed my headlight for me that drive time could not fix. My first day driving the car, I noticed that when the car would try to leave out of second gear, the engine would jump, my brakes was squealing, my wipers was old and my service air bag light kept alarming, oh and the back speakers in the car was bad when you turn the volume up. Drive time sent me to precision time on west market, and I received the worst service there, precision didnt even check my car thoroughly. So drive time sent me to meneiki on west market and they saw that my brake pads were put on backwards, and the brake pads rubbed against my roaders. They also referred me to a transmission specialists. Im concerned about not having transportation now because the transmission specialist will have to keep my car for a couple of days, so how will I get to work and get my children from school. I calk drive time with my concern and they tell me that they could not help me with my concern. I take my car to the specialist and my car have to stay because it has an engine problem. So I call drive time, and once again they cant help me. I just made my first car payment, I have no extra money and I have no car, but I just spent my last so I could have a car. On top of that i still have to pay $100.00 to get my car. AND ITS ONLY BEEN TWO WEEKS!!!!!

From The time I walked Thru The Door At The West Wendover Drive Time Location My" Personal Assistant " Emily Russell Treated me like a Queen !!!! I am in The Customer service Industry Myself ,so when Im Treated with so Much One on One service and attention and respect ...I feel, that its Important and that I matter and My Business matters to this company. The whole process from the day inquired online till the day I actually walked in for my appt ... They made me feel cared for and part of the process of finding the best vehicle and plan for me and my Budget ..... Emily was awesome!!!! she helped me locate the exact vehicle I described to a T ...and More importantly made sure I could get fit it in my Budget ....I am doing the Lease Program as a first timer I had Many Questions ...I was given Loads of Info and material to read and follow up and Then There was Cedric Squirewell The GM ....He went above and beyond explaining the in and outs the financial side of the process He left no question unanswered or Stone unturned..... I was Left with the best Car Buying Experience of My life !!!!!! This Location ....These Folks!!!! could teach a lot of Businesses about how to treat a customer ....You Have My Business for life ....

If you want to go through an awesome car buying experience Drivetime is the place to go! I highly recommend Jessica T.! She was very informative about the vehicles we looked at and answered every single question we could think of! She was super kind, patient and just in general an awesome person to talk to! When we explained why we were buying, she was very sincere and listened to our concerns. It was definitely reassuring to talk to a sales person that wasnt trying to get a sales pitch instead of caring about potential consequences. We have been screwed over so many times by dealerships and salespeople that it made us believe they are just crooks. But Jessica definitely changed our perspective. We were in a situation where no dealer or lender wanted to even look in our general direction and drivetime gave us a second chance! They give you reliable cars that are trustworthy and reliable. So you dont have to worry about a lemon! I mean completely clean cars from inside and out! They work with your budget and what you can afford. I havent seen my husband excited to go to a dealership ever and now hes excited to walk out with a car hes always wanted. Thank you DriveTime!

1 Damn star and thats only because I had to to leave this post. Do not do business with drivetime, they will sell you a horrible car that wont last the length of the lease, Ive been a customer for about 4 years now, the first dodge ram I purchased from them I drive for about 9 months and it almost killed me when basically the whole front passnger side axel broke away while I was driving. There idea of making things right with me was to give me another dodge ram with over 100,000 miles on it and asking for 1000 dollars in the process. Since receiving this truck the engine has blown and had to be replaced multiple fuel pumps and unexplained eletrical problems and now it has been sitting with a blown transmission for the past 2 months.. Since I have paid thousands of dollars to them and gotten my loan to below 4500 they say I qualify for the "champions program". This program is a joke, the offered me 500 dollars as trade in value and told me I needed 2500 to 3000 dollars for a down payment. Im taking my money elsewhere. They will be very lucky if they see another dime from me. They do not value their customers at all

My experience here was great. Mark is the representative who worked with me. Was very customer oriented and was willing to do what it took to make me a satisfied customer. That included driving to another drive time when it was close to closing so that I got the vehicle I wanted. Chuck was also helping him with this and I can only say the same great things about him also. ( I came here about two years ago and worked with Chuck but I chose to go elsewhere and I should have decided to buy here then also but didnt some how & even then he was really willing to do what it took to make me a happy customer). Actually Cedric also was here and offered his help to Mark with the process. They really work well as a team and Ive been other places and usually do not see this because of others worrying more so about who gets the sale. Mark said hes only been here for about 2 months but it doesnt show at . Thank you all again.

I have been a customer of drive time since 2010 and I can say they are amazing. Lets just say it was time for a new vehicle and I knew drive time would hook me up! I expressed my concerns with Cedrick and he made sure that I had all the information that I needed to have a smooth Experience. I came in and Expressed to Emily exactly what I wanted. She was able to give me all great options. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all my questions. Michael assisted me with any additional questions or concerns that I had. Everyone was professional and made me feel confident that I was going to leave out with the ride that I deserved from the time that I walked in the door! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you for all of your help. Everyone played an important role and I am forever grateful!
