I never had any problems with AT&T for 8 years until I came to this store location. They refused to extend my contract saying that the plan was no longer offered by AT&T, which was lie, and they assured that I will be paying less with the offered plan. After I got my first bill, I realized they lied me, I researched online and found that the cheaper contract was still offered. The representative lied me to get me to a more expensive plan. I went back to the store and store manager that they cant help me, because 14 days passed.

Came in on August 28 at 5:10pm. The one person working here did not know what a SIM card adapter was, had to explain it so him. He was insistent that I meant a SD card adapter (makes no sense). Then he said they do not have them. Also asked about a discount for Kroger employees, he said: "call 611" This dissatisfying experience makes me wonder what the job requirement is for an AT&T authorized retailer if not knowledge of the field. Will comment on the employees name if asked to do so by an AT&T rep.

Do not go there. Theres a guy there that will not be transparent with you. He gave an iPhone and iPod and he said they are free. But they were not. I wanted to return them but he wouldnt take them back. I had to go to a couple of other stores to be able to return them. Do not go there. Go to other at&t stores.

AWESOME! Brought used phone I got from family. Wasnt sure of cost, what I had to do, etc. Got the info, came back an hour later & was done in 15min! Going back today to learn how to get all the old stuff off. GREAT FOLKS AND I ONLY SPENT $30! Dont have to be high dollar for great service!

I received fantastic service here from Charly. I was chosing between two phones and he gave his unbias, descriptive opinion of both phones and helped me transfer all of my data to my new phone very quickly. It was easily my most positive and quickest visit to an AT&T store.
