I am very disappointed with the way USA Cabinet handle their business. Ayoub Onal (Kitchen & Bath Designer) asked us to make a Corian vanity top for one of his clients. I gave him our price over the phone and proceed with a verbal order. I ordered the material needed to built this vanity top, paid for it with "Our Money", material was delivered to our shop and when I called to get a deposit from him, he said he found a less expensive fabricator and no longer needed our services. He should have told me that, way before we order this from DuPont, he called me 5 times within 2 weeks to be sure we were capable of building and delivering this on time! Ayoub Onal can you tell me what I am supposed to do with all this? Here at The Countertop Guru we respect our clients and contractors. We were expecting the same from you. Sadly it did not happen. Wonderful experience. Ayoub, was very helpful when I needed to select the granite. He also walked me through the whole process. The installation team was top-shelf. Punctual, and very professional. It was obvious to me that they were very experienced. The workmanship speaks for itself. We couldnt be happier.
