If anything goes array after the first bill I will update this however I highly doubt it. My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones and ended up updating our tablet as well. Im leaving a review because of our Sales Representative Diana! She did an amazing job at answering all of our questions and then providing even more information on top of it! She knows her stuff both with sale promotion and with my techy questions. She also just followed up with me to let me know my special order phone is available. 100% satisfied. Im a Sales Consultant myself so Im very harsh on salespeople and how they present themselves and their company, my wife can be even more critical about it, so keep that in mind with this review. When you go in ask for Diana, she will help you out! (btw we also went to t-mobile, they lost our business with the very first sentence of interaction, awful customer service there)

They will tell you everything you want to hear to close the deal. By the time you receive the first bill and realized the terms are different, its too late. You can try going back to dispute in person, but they will simply play dumb until you give up.

Great place to come in for at&t service. RYAN the store manager went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I ended up buying a Samsung and Tab from Him with DirectTV now service.
