Everyone at this store is very nice, but they are terribly misinformed. When signing up for a new plan, I was told my phone would be on a payment plan and I would own the phone after the 24-month period. However, despite the word "lease" never coming up once, I found out later that I had to return the device after 24 months or else pay a fee to keep it. I wanted to leave Sprint and signed up for Verizon, porting my number. Before doing so, I went to this store and asked the procedure, at which point the store told me that I could just bring the phone in and pay it off. So I did this, came in to pay the phone off, and then was told that they cant accept the phone but that a corporate store could. So I went to the second store, only to find out that no, the first store was wrong, and that they would have to have me mail the phone to their warehouse. Closing my account has been a nightmare because this store clearly doesnt know Sprints own procedure. This store alone has turned me off of Sprint. Additionally, customer service promised to call me back twice and never did, and Sprints service has spotty service in NOVA (which I admit isnt this stores fault)

This place has horrible and ridiculous employees and even the guy who call himself the store manager. I have recently changed from at&t to their service due to good offers. However, they have hypocritical poster on the wall that advertises that they are FASTER than their competitors?????? First, get your employees including the manager to be trained well especially with dealing with frustrated customers like me. Who tells a customer to leave the store or hangs up when I am solely expressing my frustration ? The manager said I was being "obnoxious" ?!?!!! Just because another customer is watching in the same store doesnt me that I should get out? Hello??? I dont understand why they are even called SPRINT. I ONKY WANTED A CLEAR ANSWER ON A SIMPLE QUESTION.

Great service. I had the best customer service ever at this store with Zoran. I have to say that this person was very professional, helpful, and super detailed. I transferred to sprint from another carrier and I went to the store multiple times. Zoran explained all of the options in details. We had some issues with the old carrier regarding the transfer and Zoran spent about 5 hours straight working on it. He even stayed after hours to make sure everything was done perfectly. Also all the staff at this store were very nice and helpful. I wish there was more than 5 stars to give.

I switched over from at&t at the store. Later, i found out that i was misinformed about the plan and the special by one of the reps. I felt lied and taken advantage of. Sprint online rep asvised me to go back and give them another chance before cancelling. When i went back and spoke to Eddie, he called District manager right away and fixed the issue. It will be good to train the reps better so that they dont give Sprint company a bad image and lose potential customers.

They dont even deserve one star! the worst service ever!! the so called manager and staff are constantly eating their food out on the floor and also having their vapes on the front desk, and when you ask any questions they always revert to telling you to call sprint, talk about incompetent! they act as if you are bothering them by walking in and asking them simple questions! this place is a joke! save your time and energy!

I recently got a new line for my boyfriend and I got myself an iPad Pro 9.7" and Ronald helped me and he has excellent customer service. He was very patient and explained everything in full detail and was very informative in regards to the iPad. Thank you so much for your service, Ronald! I recommend this place completely!

Karla was extremely patient and helpful with me. At first I was frustrated but the entire hour she was helpful finding me a good plan and affordable. This is the second time she has taken care of me and I couldnt be more thankful for such a patient and helpful person she is!! Best customer service that Karla has given.
