I must say this place was above all else. I traveled over 2 hours and bought a Dodge Journey from them. Week before buying from them I sent an email and gave them the guidelines of what I needed. John pulled 3 vehicles for me. I requested he run the credit report and have everything ready when I arrive IF I decided to go with them. I advised I would be shopping on Sat. Sat morning I got up and dealt with several other dealers throughout that day. Some which had over priced vehicles. I gave them the same guidelines I gave John. Many ensured they had me financed yet when I arrived they hadnt even sent it to the banks yet. I walked out of 3 dealerships. I finally decided to drive the 2 hours to Braddock I had provided John everything he needed. He was trying to get me the best financing deal. I was amazed that when I arrived he had done just as he said he had done. I took my car for a test drive and loved it. However the car wouldnt be ready that day so they provided me another vehicle to use to make the trip back up on Monday. Monday when I arrived my truck was cleaned up real nice and he had all the paper work ready. The car was priced on the low side of Kelly Blue Book and I felt it was a great deal. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and I really feel that they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I will certainly buy another vehicle from here again. Best decision ever

I originally had every intent on writing a raving review until 90 days after purchasing my car from Braddock Motors my car broke down. My entire view of this dealership from that point took a very sharp dip down hill. For three straight days I went back and forth calling between he dealership and their cheap underhanded warranty and roadside assistance company. They purposely waited until Friday evening to have my car towed to the dealership knowing that it would not be worked on until at least Monday. Mind you this caused me to miss 2 days of work and they refused to reimburse me for a rental. I swear with every individual I spoke to literally BEGGING for assistance my patience went down and things went no where. My initial car buying experience was great but God Forbid your car breaks down afterward you would be better off not going through the warranty and just pay out of pocket. I have lost ALL respect for this dealership and everyone working there. I truly doubt Ill even get my car back tomorrow meanwhile thats another day of work missed and very important meetings needing to be postponed. Have your vehicle looked over by someone other than them prior to purchase!

I found a car on Braddock motors web page and contacted the dealership and told them i wanted to buy the car i saw i told them i live and Georgia and would be flying to Maryland to purchase if the car was in good shape i asked them to check the the car over good to make sure it was in great shape i was told over and over it was in great shape so i got everything done through my bank and sent them copy of my check and let them know what day i would be arriving at the airport when i got there i looked at the car and right off i started seeing all the problems side panel busted dash cut up no floor mats shocks bad i asked what part did you not understand about in good shape needless to say after 600.00 plane fair 125.00 cab fee 120.00 room 275.00 car rental to return home all because my sales person has no integrity .

We love Braddock Motors. A few years back, we came here the first time because of a recommendation from a friend. We recently came back to purchase another car and we couldnt be happier. If you need a car, go see Rodney at Braddock. He is pleasant to work with, and there was nothing pushy at all. The cars are marked with the prices and they allow you to look around at your leisure. Rodney was ready and available for any questions we had. He was fair and honest and was able to get us into exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Rodney! A few weeks ago I purchased a Jeep Wrangle and had the best experience in buying a car. No one likes going to buy a car but everyone at the store was very helpful. I worked with Rodney and both owners on the deal. They truly spent a lot of time making sure it was the vehicle I wanted and a payment I could afford. I have had a couple of problems with the Jeep and the service department has taken care of them for me. They definitely stand behind there vehicles. Please check them out when considering buying a used vehicle.

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience working with Rodney from Braddock Motors when we bought her Equinox. They had competitive prices and great patience. I hate pushy salesman that do not know their vehicles and that was not the case at Braddock. Only found 1 small issue with the vehicle after we pulled off the lot and they were quick to resolve it. My wife and I will return to Braddock when it comes time for our next vehicle purchase.

Im on my second car with them Kathy is great she will help you get the car you want the same day with an affordable down payment I bought and an impala then they let me get a new car before my lease was over I now have a Durango and its been good with no problems! Lisa is the best I have to say the best customer service rep ever! Sometimes I call just to conversate because shes a great person! I love u Braddock I will get all my vehicles from them.

Found the best price on the web. delighted that Braddock motors was so close. Set up a test drive on line for 10:30 When I arrived everything was ready to go. Van was clean and ran well, when I returned the transaction went very quickly ,everything was explained clearly. PERFECTION CARPET CLEANING

I purchase a cargo van for my cleaning company last week 10/13/2016.. I cant believe the Outstanding Customer Service I received, the whole process was quick and easy they my sales person had me in and out in 20 min. Ive purchased over 20 vehicles from big name dealers since Ive been driving and owning my cleaning company. Rodney Little and Braddock Motors by far are the best at what they do.
