DO NOT COME HERE!! I repeat DO NOT come here. These people do horrible business and the customer service SUCKS! Before I signed any paperwork, PJ made me swipe my card for the $3,000 down payment. Then his brother rushed me through signing the paperwork afterwards. Refused me a copy of my paperwork and said Ill get it when the tags come in. After that, he calculated some random numbers on a paper and said that my taxes and tags come up to $1,217. I was like where did you get those numbers from he claims he researched it really fast. He said I could pay $700 now and $315 in two weeks. Those numbers didnt even add up to the total but excited about the car I swiped my card again anyways. I drive off, Im on the highway 20 minutes later the engine light comes on and the car starts shaking. I contact PJ the next day and told him what happened and he said that it was my fault the engine light came on and I would have to pay for the parts but he will provide the labor. I told him that I didnt feel as though I should pay anything. $10,000 for a car, I expect nothing to be wrong with it. He said that has nothing to do with him the car was as is and aggressively said I told you I will provide the labor but not the parts, that has nothing to do with me. So, PJ he made me give him $40 and 5 minutes later I got the car back and he claims that it was fixed. I drive off for two minutes and the engine light came back on and the car was jerking. After all of this happened, I suspected that this was fraud so I go to the wells fargo which was the bank he said I supposedly got the loan from and come to find out my name wasnt in the system. So, I called him and said I wanted a refund and he said no refunds. So, I returned the car and told him, that this is fraud and car is not mines because you refused me paperwork, Im not in the bank system and I think you stole my money. PJ threatened me and said that if I dont get the car off his lot then he will have it repossessed in my name, and I would have to pay tow truck fees, repo fees, and still have to pay the bank. I still walked off. Now im in the middle of a dispute to get my money back. Please ppl take my advice, go elsewhere!!!! PJ is EXTREMELY rude and his brother is quiet and polite but sneaky. This company is fraudulent do not come here!!!!

I bought an audi a6 from this place about a year ago and its given me nothing but problems. Since then Ive replaced the auxiliary water pump, all 4 tires, the antifreeze reservoir, and many other things. Kay and PJ are great guys and the customer service was great and all, BUT the vehicle they sold me was not good. My tire blew out on the way home and when I went to check for the spare... and it was even worse than the tire that just blew out! I was very disappointed and discouraged when this happened, it was the last straw. To top it all off, about 6 months after I got the vehicle it rained one night and the sunroof had a leak and flooded the whole damn car. Now I have a mold problem because of the damp carpets and seats. I called them to see if they would buy the car back and no luck. To this day Im still undergoing issues with the car, and its been a nightmare. Be careful if you buy a car here, because from the looks of it, they just sell them exactly the way they bought them at auction. Check the vehicle thoroughly before buying a car here.

I just bought a Toyota Avalon here, it was for a very low price and I bought it As Is with no warranty. I dealt with PJ and I have to say it was a very good experience. I knew the car had the Check Engine light on and PJ coordinated me with his mechanic and fixed it. Everything I asked PJ to do, he did it, it was a very pleasant experience. I have referred more friends to him and Auto Land. I am writing this review as a customer, I am no related to anyone at Auto Land and i do not have an alternate motive in writing this review other than to congratulate them for selling me a very good car and for standing by what they said they would do and fixing the problems to more than my complete satisfaction. I would definitely buy from Auto Land again and I would recommend them to anyone. Great job and well done from a very satisfied customer

I bought a 2004 Volkswagen Passat GLS sedan, 4-cyl. 1.8L turbocharged engine at Auto Land Sales Manassas, VA 3 weeks ago (Feb. 26, 2016). Im extremely happy with my purchase! I love this car! It is beautiful and performs very well! Safety and emissions inspection were a breeze - passed with flying colors! I am very satisfied with the customer service I received, particularly from PJ (one of the owners). He is very friendly and knowledgeable; he answered all my questions and concerns about the car. He also provides repair/installation services for a reasonable amount, if needed. PJ provided me with excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend him and Auto Land Sales in Manassas, VA to my family and friends! ~JJM~

The cars check engine light came on 1 day after purchase. The car has bad converter, sensor, tires, vacuum, etc. I get the run around when I call. My wife left a $500 deposit to buy a car but we noticed the car was bad so naturally she declined buying a car from them and they are refusing to give her $500 back so we have to sue. We are suing for a deposit and stuck paying for all types of things on the car. I am so disgusted and have a lot more to say but complaining doesnt help. Just know to never ever buy a car from these guys., They are the typical car dealership ran by guys from another country who are committing fraud. I will be working to have their lot closed through my lawyer and the BBB.

These men want to sell u a car more than u want to but one! After getting rejected from countless dealerships because off my non existing credit; I went here just because...but I came in expecting what I been getting and left with a car that day finally. They worked with me, even compromised some because they WANTED TO SELL which is what theyre supposed to do! Cool dudes in there.. my car is A1 too..clean, well maintained, reasonably priced, no problems now, and in the words of my mechanic None in the near future.. I would send my friends..

These guys are frauds. They either place false ads or theyre leaving their old ads online well after theyre sold. Anytime you search for a popular make and/or model, a bunch of listings from them show up, but when you call or stop by like I did since Im local to them, none of the listed vehicles are available. Their claim is that they sell 14-15 cars a day. Im not a used care sales guru, but that sounds like he embellishing the truth to me being that this is a little mom and pop type dealership thats stuck in a small hole in Manassas.
