I cannot say enough about working with the Country Chevrolet family of dealerships. I recently purchased a Jeep Liberty through the Country Chevrolet Credit Center. Not only was David able to help me find the perfect truck for my needs, but Neil was outstanding in helping me with finding financing. The Liberty was an awesome find, and I really appreciate everyone involved. The process was painless, and did not take as long as I thought it would. This is the first dealership that I have dealt with where the staff made it very clear that they wanted to help and find the best deal for me, and that I wasnt just another commission check. Ive recently had to take my Liberty into the shop for warranty work, and again, Country Chevrolet keeps impressing me. Not only was I able to get scheduled right away, but Brian in the service department listened to the symptoms, managed to get me a loaner car quickly, and kept me informed during the service process. Even though my Liberty ultimately needed to go to a local Jeep dealership, Brian took my vehicle and my concerns personally, and ensured that everything was done right. When the other dealership would not return his calls, he went down to the dealership personally to see what was going on. Country Chevrolet has shown that they care about my business. My used car purchase wasnt worth as much as some newer trucks that they sell, but they treated me just as if I had bought a newer/more expensive truck. I cant say enough positive things about Country Chevrolet!

Well...I had to buy another car at another dealership due to the lack of knowledge at this dealership to resolve the issue. The car wouldnt start two weeks in a row and the best they could tell me was that they couldnt duplicate the problem so they couldnt resolve it. So at that point I wasnt willing to be stranded a third time and I had no choice but to pick up my car from them with NO PIECE OF MIND AT ALL that I wasnt going to be stranded again, so I purchased a new car and got rid of the Malibu. I might add that this time I went with a Japanese made car, sad that you cant buy an American made car because of this poor quality of not only a car but service. This dealership was hardly ever good to deal with. They wanted to constantly charge you money for anything and everything. Every time I went in there they wanted to quote me $250 for some issue or another. The car wasnt even at 100k miles and it had more going wrong then I could keep up with. I had no faith in them whatsoever. Then I had this big issue come up with the car not working and they literally could just say, DUH over and over to me. I wouldnt recommend anyone use this dealership not even for an inspection sticker. THEY ARE A MESS!

Their customer service department is TOP NOTCH. I have never had better customer service for anything -anywhere. I repeat ~ the customer service department is THE BEST EVER. I feel that I can say this because between my husband and I we have purchased 6 vehicles from Country Chevrolet. For some of those purchases I feel I was treated as a repeat customer should be treated as far as pricing goes. Some times I think I should have been given a better deal ... The primary reason we continue to buy from Country Chevrolet is that they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received for any reason, from any place and that is why we give them our business. Their reps are so helpful and have saved me money by telling me the truth and giving me options. On one occasion he checked to see if a particular part was under warranty and it was. I walked out paying nothing when it could have been several hundred dollars. I love my customer service rep and when I bring my car into the dealer for anything I am always kept updated. They do it right there and we like to give our business to people that provide good service.

Best experience ever! At Country Chevrolet I worked with Dana and her manager, Billy. Lights out-they were beyond nice or merely helpful. Before these two became excellent in their jobs they were already terrific human beings. I got the sense that this is part of the culture of this organization. They love working here and it shows. I havent purchased a truck since buying my 1988 Chevy Silverado. So I had a great deal of learning to do in a short time. Dana backed out truck after truck for me to try, different makes: Toyota, Chevy, Ford, different cab styles, we were at it for hours... Billy was literally running across the large lots to find the configuration that I finally decided on. He test drove one model for me to give me his take--I could go on. There was ZERO pressure, the price discussions were more than cordial. I drove an hour and a quarter to this dealership because the ratings and reviews were very good and I found out why. Chevy trucks are great, but they dont just sell Chevys. I am certain that anyone reading this would have the exact same experience if you worked with these people.

The service department charges a ~$100 fee to look at a problem if you dont end up using them to fix it. This is unreasonable but understandable, theyre trying to avoid you taking the car in for a diagnosis and then fixing it yourself. My problem was that they tried to charge me the diagnosis fee for an AC problem that they couldnt diagnose. Instead they performed the safety inspection that I had also asked for and named a bunch of issues. They tried to use the safety inspection issues they found (tires, a bulb, etc) as an excuse to charge me their diagnostic fee when I told them I wasnt going to buy overpriced tires from them. In fairness, they didnt charge me the fee after I argued with the manager for 15 minutes. I gave two stars because they have done a good job in the past with recalls, quick and easy when Chevy issues a recall. Just dont take it in for a problem and for an inspection at the same time because theyll try to charge you if say youll fix the inspection stuff yourself. I had no experience with the dealership side, just the service side.

I had a great experience at Country Chevrolet. Greg initially helped me, and then JC spent the majority of the time helping me pick out a truck and ultimately sold me a new Redline. Both salesmen were very polite, welcoming, and extremely helpful. JC listened well and did a great job finding me exactly what I was looking for in my first truck purchase. He took the time to explain in detail everything about the vehicles I was interested in. I came back a couple days after my purchase to have my Z71 stickers removed, and Greg was again very polite and helpful. The guys at the reconditioning lot that removed the stickers were also very polite, and worked quickly to take care of my needs. Overall, my experience with Country Chevrolet was a very positive one, and I would definitely shop here again and recommended them to friends and family. My girlfriend is already talking about purchasing an SUV sometime in 2018, and JC and Greg at Country Chevrolet will be the first people we talk to when that time comes.
